Everything was close by the hotel! We also loved the pool and pool room!

I been here twice and I knew what to expect. Everything went smoothly so I rate it good.
Sometimes the key card does not work for the swimming pool but that's is pretty much it.

Friendliness of staff. Ease of parking. Two rooms being close together. Staff being available to help with luggage and staff being willing to help with out of hotel assistance .
System was down when trying to check in and caused significant problems when trying to record credit card for extras.
Room AC was very noisy.

Didn't have the breakfast.
The coffee pot in the room was hooked up with and extension cord so that was a fire hazard, so couldn't have coffee in my room.

I loved the amenities such as pool and game room. It was great for children.
Also loved the breakfast. Very filling and excellent variety.
Staff super helpful and kind to people with disabilities such as my daughter.

The breakfast was definitely lacking compared to previous stays and places. The orange juice was mostly water, and the waffle batter was too watery and didn’t cook well. The other choices were slim.

When we turned down the bed, there was a bloody sheet. Obviously, never been changed. They brought clean sheets and we remade the bed.

Didn’t have breakfast but location was perfect. I had requested early check & the staff did her best to accommodate my request.

I tired to contact this property four times before my arrival date. No response at all. I need to cancel, but no response. They charged me for the room although I gave them ample time to response to me. No call returned no email returned. Nothing.
