Close to the airport. Easy to get to.

It was really near the Airport and had a shuttle bus. The staff were friendly.

The bathroom was a bit old fashioned. There was no extra blanket and I was cold in the room.

No hot water first morning, but working by evening. Gym equipment needs replacing

I've stayed there twice now. 1st time the mattress had to be at least 30 yrs old. Barely slept at all. Last, most previous trip, the bed squeeked every time I moved and AC wouldn't keep up to setting. Plus when arrived at airport tried calling front desk several times no one ever picked up. The other gentleman that road in the shuttle with me said the same thing. When I got to the hotel I had to holler to get someone to come to the counter. I told her about no one answering and she said the phone never rang.

Handicap shower was nice.

There were no USB ports anywhere to charge a cell phone!!!!!!!!

Toilet wouldn’t flush, tv had no audio, faucet dripped all night, coffee wasn’t free,

The staff in the morning was very kind. The location was great for an early flight the next morning.

I had reserved a playpen and when I got to the desk at check-in, one was not reserved for me. That accounted for a terrible night's sleep. Further, all of the sheets in the room were damp. They obviously were not dried completely before being placed on the bed.
