Staff was amazing and kind and great to chat with and super helpful!

BUT there is NO breakfast and NO pool and the sign out front doesn’t light up so it’s hard to find in the dark. I’m aware Covid shut down some things but staff said breakfast hasn’t come back there like it has at other hotels and the pool was closed before Covid but it’s advertised as having a pool. My little girl was CRUSHED!

My TV, and telephone didn't work had to wait till my last day to finally get some towels, no iron then had to go down twice till someone was.able to get one.

Absolutely nothing. This hotel was beyond disgusting.

Everything. There were red stains on the ceiling. One of the beds in the room had blue and black stains on the bed sheets. The floor was covered in stains and. I didn't take my shoes off the entire time. The smell of the room when I walked in was awful and smelled like stale cigarettes. I didn't even stay the 2nd night. I paid out of pocket for a different hotel just so I didn't have to go back. I didn't feel safe at all, the door barely shut and I could see directly into the hallway from the gap between the door and the wall. Any review of this hotel that shares anything positive, is false and fake beyond belief.
