Your Website is misleading. The elevator didn’t work. At the Indigo building it was very filthy outside. Trash piled up in bins by the stairway. Workers sitting on the stairs smoking. Hallways dirty. Our bed sheets had stains on them. I had coffee and No cups. Ice bin full of water (tells me that the room wasn’t cleaned well). I paid way too much money for that. There is never an excuse for dirty. Thank you for allowing me to leave this review

My family enjoyed your facility. .

Check in and registration after a confirmed reservation and prepayment and I (a 75-year-old) man stood in your lines for over 4 hours trying to get checked in after a 650-mile drive. I laid on the couch for 2 days while my granddaughters, and daughters did enjoy your facility. I am sure you have had similar complaints. Organize your check in procedure so others won't suffer as I did.

The balconies were quite spacious.

So many pools! Several lazy rivers and hot tubs as well! Super close to the beach! Restaurants and Starbucks!

Room was hot on the 8th floor but they fixed it on our second day there (brought us a fan also)

Pools and water park for kids to play in. Also enjoyed the tiki bar!

Was very aggravated with how long it took to get a room. Checked in around 2pm and didn’t get a room until 7. Very unorganized with booking people and getting them comfortable on their first day.

It was clean and inviting. The beds were perfect and you can't beat the view.

The staff was wonderful, especially the lovely barista at the coffee shop.

We have stayed here many times, but it seems as though the property needs some TLC. We were locked out of our room bc the battery died on our door. We didn’t realize there was construction in an entire wing of the indoor pools/lazy river, so we couldn’t access it at all. The temp in our room had been cranked to 80 before we checked in, and it was still cooling overnight. I’m not sure that the price we paid matched the property honestly, especially for the off season.

There was no hot water and it took the front desk staff 1 hour 1/2 to check me in my room and the room that I pay for wasn't the right room never again

Being on the first floor, breakfast was wonderful.

Room did not have a kitchen and my room was not a side view like you all said.
