Breakfast was good. They kept the items stocked for the many guests. Coffee was amazing! Staff was friendly.

Our shower and sink were clogged. It didn’t allow for a decent shower for the three of us. Water drained extremely slow. There’s no way housekeeper missed that. I then began to question the cleanliness of the whole room which then made me itch.

Staff stealing money from my bank account.. staff rude and not acknowledging that they took from us

We had to ask for a room to be clean. 3 days in a row before everybody's not cleaned when we got there.

Refrigerator not cold. Phone to call front desk didn't work. Ckin at 3, I got there at 5, room wasn't ready.

The kindness of your staff. The comfort of the room..a 10. I stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn in Knoxville..the room here for a third of the price was a 10+..the room there. A zero..Your staff rocks..The staff at the Hilton were rude..unempathetic and racist..welcome to white priveledge Americans..they think America is the only country that matters on this planet..shane on them..shame. I will stay with u guys 4 all my travels in this country.. KINDNESS MATTERS..ALL HUMAN LIVES MATTER..WAKE UP U LILY WHITE AMERICANS..OR NOT

Your staff should let prospective customers..esp in the summer that YOUR POOL IS CLOSED..NOT cool at all
