very friendly staff

Very good hotel. Polite service. All at the highest level. I recommend. I will choose this hotel.

We were kept awake by a loud group sitting outside in the fire pit area. We complained about the noise twice and then requested another room. We did not get to sleep until after 1 AM.

Employees for the most part are nice, accommodations are good.

However there is one staff member who i feel "harasses" me during every stay at this property. When this female staffer comes on board for her shift (she typically works afternoon/evening shift) and I see her or have to deal with her there is always questions or some sort of issue with paperwork that she wants to press me over about if I completed already during my stay. She purposely cuts off the room card key to make you come up front to have to deal with her. She also created the signs for the buy any item get two Doritos free - however when my son attempted to purchase something she tried to tell him oh that he needed to purchase a soda to get the two bags free - that is not what the sign said.... The A/C in my front room was leaking - however due to such hot conditions the back bedroom would not go any lower than 68 degrees and was often at times "uncomfortable" - would suggest someone take a look at the A/C in that room.

I liked the room, kitchenette set-up and breakfast.

The size of the bed. I wished larger beds were available at this location.

When we booked it was suppose to sleep 5 people we got there after midnight after a long trip and there werent enough sleeping accommodations for everyone after we checked in and we had a hard time getting extra blankets and pillows.
