the smell of marijuana. the bad smells in the hall way. never been to a place where you had to buy extra towels. the fact that I’m order to check in we had to wait on someone to come. then i was at ease because they took a copy of my id and Steve said they had to do it didn’t give a specific reason as to why. we couldn’t sleep at all. felt very unsafe and the workers that night seemed very strange

It has potential

Dead and live Roaches everywhere🪳it’s disgusting! The 1st night a roach crawled on our pizza box 🤮 the 2nd night at 2am a roach crawled up my leg while I went to the bathroom (what if it was a child playing on the floor). Every time me and my girlfriend walked in the room (#403) we’d have to stomp out cockroaches. The guy at the front desk (name is Blake) thought it was funny when I brought it to his attention. smh Did not take my concerns seriously disrespectful man 🤬 They charge for just about all the cleaning services knowing they have a roach problem! They charge for fresh towel’s, room service, if not it’s free every two weeks ... Then room service doesn’t clean anything when they do come in, no fresh sheets, they don’t even fix the bed, like wouldn’t even know they came to your room… no fresh towels, no disinfecting surfaces, nothing and ask you to sign a Covid waver, like for what they don’t clean anything. You have to take out your own garbage cause room service won’t, while they don’t supply garbage bags this place is not sanitary at all. No refund on your stay if you decide to leave because they forget to tell you they have A ROACH PROBLEM! Booking.com offered me less than what is cost a to stay one nights.

Rude employees. I booked 2 rooms 4 people per room. Was only given 1 set of towels per room and was told that I would have to pay for more towels. When I stated that we didn’t have enough towels for each guest, I was told, “well buy more here or go to a store” Room comes equipped with 2 eye stove. But I would have had to pay $30 for cooking dishes and $15 for one plate, bowl, cup, fork, and spoon.

The general manger is horrible

Staff was rude. The general manager would not exchange my towels after renewing a new week. Very bad customer service. I had to tell him about garbage left out on side of building still there in the afternoon. I had to disinfect the whole room myself. Going over light switches and the remote were digusting and.never cleaned. There was hair all over the bath tub.
