The location was perfect.

The beach was a 30 second walk away and the west wing we stayed in was very spacious. It was a basement so it was musty and a bit moldy but nothing that was bad. They were very nice and attentive to us, i would definitely return.

Really not a lot to complain about. The wing we stayed in was a bit dark and dingy. Wifi was advertised but not available which upset the kids in the evening. The shower was raised some so my nephews head hit the ceiling. He did tell us that when we arrived but that would have been nice to have known ahead of time.

The room was outdated the beds were very uncomfortable there were cracks in the walls stains on the carpet and you are not allowed any guests whatsoever. Also the owners son watches you and what you are doing and walks around property makes guests very uncomfortable. Was given mismatched towels and one roll of toilet paper upon check in. You would think for $300 a night the decor wouldn’t look like you were in the 60s. Also when I booked apparently rates were different then when I was there according to their online sight I should have been paying 186 per night instead of the 300 per night I was charged. When I asked the staff about it she said rates change everyday and you already paid ahead. You would think you would refund the difference but didn’t happen

Location was amazing

Small pool was nice. Beach/boardwalk right across street. Quaint old home, not your typical hotel room. Nice porch to relax. Staff was very nice and responsive to needs.

Kitchen sink was leaking badly upon arrival. Staff fixed it the next day.

Cute place close to the oceanfront. Convenient location. Very friendly staff. Very old kitchen set up but I liked it. It included everything I needed.

Receptacle needed on bathroom.
