Room was nice.

The price was higher than booking.com quoted me. They charged me $10 to use the shuttle when their ad said it was free to guests.

Not one thing.

None smoking room. There were cigarette burns in the bed comforter. Half smoked cigarette under the bed. Room smelled awful. We got changed to a new room. There was either poop or blood stains all over the shower curtain.

Affordable, close to the airport.

Complimentary shuttle is $5 each way. Breakfast lacked options.

Beds were comfortable. Front desk was nice.

Not the cleanest place.

The pool stayed open late

There was a lot of people for breakfast we had to keep waiting for food

We reserved under booking.com for a specific date, somehow the reservation was made for the day after and we were traveling and needed to stay for the night. As soon as we noticed I called the hotel to cancel and told them it was a mistake but the receptionist was so rude and ZERO professional . We literally called them 2 minutes after reservations were made. They never agreed to void the “cancellation fee” even though it was never our intention to just not show up, I understand all businesses have policies that need to be followed but we are all humans and there can always be exceptions depending on the situation. But with this poor costumer service, poor english or issues comprehending a simple request I will never consider staying in a place like this and will recommend you do the same. I will tell all my friends and family. Fu*k@n& thiefs!!!! We have been back and fourth with booking and this lame hotel but according to booking, all the hotel needs to do is to answer an email accepting to void the fee. The hotel agreed to void the fee but they keep making excuses. Something so simple could’ve been resolved quickly but with this slow staff that will never happen. Hope you enjoy money that DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU THIEF. Also, I asked for a manager and was told NO. This is just so ridiculous and frustrating!!😤 Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere, but not with these rats (thiefs) hungry for money 🐀

Room got cold as needed.

Continental breakfast was the worst. No bagels, no cream cheese, spoiled milk, and no flavored creamer for coffee.  We had dried blood or sauce in the bathroom. Waited 20 minutes or more to check into my room. The clerk was driving someone to the airport and no one else was around. 

Basic room...were just there from late night to early morning. No restaurant, but one in the hotel next door.
