I didn't like that I booked a smoking room and I got there and didn't get one.

Jay, the receptionist, was very kind, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and cool, and we had very restful sleep. Even my cats enjoyed their rest in the room and didn't meow at all.

Room not clean, trash on floor. The room cost to much for no microwave, fridge, or coffee maker in room.

The front desk lady was fantastic helped us find grocery store and other things as soon as we arrived

The hotel was in a prime location for my travel.

The room was dingy, dresser was falling apart, sink faucet was very loose, showered would have been perfect for someone 4’8”, bed was very hard & unstable, staff did not remove trash nor replace towels during my stay. I needed to have my door card re-keyed and had to wait 30 min. for staff to show up. (yes, I rang the bell, called the desk twice & let it ring until the system ended the call. No apology was made) Upon checking out I spoke with the “manager” about this & he said that “it’s ok”. No, no it wasn’t ok.

Clerk was informative and helpful toward making my stay comfortable and easy-going.

The blanket on the bed was paper thin, and the room had air coming in through the window. And caused the room to be very cold with little blanket.
