The breakfast was very good! The front lady was very nice and the supervisor we meet went above and beyond! She was amazing! I’d definitely go back!

The place was perfect, the people was perfect, but if I had to say one thing the place didn’t smell very good at all!

The a/c did not work

Enjoyed everything about this hotel! The location is great, room was clean, comfortable bed, very good breakfast included and the staff is exceptional!!! Will definitely stay again when in the area.

I didn’t like the fact that my room door didn’t close all the way. Not sure if ever room like that but mines.

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The smell throughout the facility was awful.

Front desk was very friendly. Probably the most comfortable bed and pillows. Parking was really easy to navigate.

Not hot breakfast, just wrapped items like danish and muffins. There was coffee, OJ and milk. Small yogurts and oranges. There was a sign saying due to covid but there fouls have been a hot breakfast. I booked this hotel because it has a outdoor pool as opposed to others in the area that have an indoor pool. Well the pool was closed and it was green and dirty but the filter was running. The pool should have and could have been open because it’s outside. There weren’t many people staying there and we sat outside by the pool for a while and no one else came out there. We had some downtime on our trip and was really looking forward to the pool. No housekeeping, again they said due to covid. We had to ask for towels and take out the trash. The ice machine on the first floor was out of order as well as an elevator. The workout room was closed, probably because no one wanted to clean it after it was used. The toilet in our room was not quite stable as it moved every time you sat down. The bottom part of the wall next to the toilet could have used a good cleaning. There were also trash baskets outside that were full and not emptied while we were there. They could have least discounted the rooms considering the amenities we didn’t get. I wish I could add more photos.
