Immediately when you walk in the lobby the whole place smelled amazing! Our room was newly remodeled. Very nice shower and super comfy bed.

We thought we had a free breakfast but it was not.

Hot water non-existent for shower Air return in room banged every time the AC cut on or off-fixed it by putting chair against it, but still kind of annoying No fridge or microwave-would be nice to let guests know in advance

The property was very close proximity to the venue for my brothers wedding I was attending, and there was a good deal on the price for the room.

It took hours to check in because somehow the name on my reservation was changed the day before my trip. I’m also pretty sure the person “Branden” whose name was on my reservation got my points as well. When I called booking.com multiple times to correct it the automated system had glitches and wouldn’t accept my reservation number. When I finally got through to an actual person they hung up on me. Finally the front desk allowed me to change the name back to mine in their system after about 2 hours of calling Hilton customer service and booking.com, but I was almost late to my brothers wedding because of all the time wasted trying to check in. Probably won’t book through booking.com again, Hilton will match their price if it’s lower anyway so the small discount wasn’t worth all this. It was really a weird, unprofessional and frustrating experience.

The front person was extremely rude. He could not explain why I couldn't check in.

The hotel itself was nice.

My room wasn't the vents were full of dust and I coughed and sneezed all night. I called the front desk the next morning to inform the manager of this and was told I would be credited HH Points which have not happened.

The service was Excellent and the Lounge was wonderful. Loved the buffet breakfast as well.

We can’t get rest and sleep. The pillows and the bed sheets. The sheets were hard and the pillows were not comfortable either.
