La premiere chambre N'était pas a notre gout aucune fenetre on a demande une chambre cote mer pour $200.00 U.S. de plus on a eu une merveilleuse chambre cote mer c'était merveilleux retourne je demanderais tout de suite cote mer, pour le reste tout etait merveilleux

It was on the beach with an ocean view. The beds were perfect for us. The room was clean and actually exceeded our expectations for the price. The staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful. The pizza shop inside the hotel is an added bonus.

The doors are very hard to open and close and the balcony sliding door sticks.

The view of ocean

Being too close to the airport, the constant airplanes and helicopter tours taking off is real annoying when you’re trying to have a relaxing vacation. The ghetto ice cream truck with its annoying music sticking around too long. Lastly, room did not get cleaned when you have maid service tag on door to clean.

Easy access to beach

Pool nasty, elevator hall ways nasty, had to ask for pool to be opened 2 hours late than when they were supposed to be open, not enough towels and rags had to ask for them and room only had microwave and fridge for a ocean view room the pizza place on 2nd floor smells absolutely horrible we went to get ice cream from there it smelled so bad I thought I was good be sick and everything is 15 minutes from hotel staff also didn’t listen to do not disturb sign and the person above our room was loud all night long couldn’t get any sleep staff were also loud and inconsiderate of people trying to sleep past 8am with yelling in the hall

Very clean. Friendly staff. Clean pool and hot tub. Clean Linens. Provided a shower mat.

Shower mat needs to be longer.

No breakfast was provided.

Price was a little high.

Friendly staff, clean room, walk in shower, beachside + very short walk (<100 steps) to the beach, directly acroos the street from a bar, not in the center of everything so the beach wasnt overly crowded.

Mattress was very firm compared to what im used to, and pillows were small and very soft (needed 3). Not a big deal, just a preference thing.
