the rooms was dirty trash in the cans beds not changed or made a unit didn't work tv didn't work I didn't stay there and I haven't got my money back smh

Bathrooms have issues

My reservation was cancelled at the eleventh hour. I booked over a week in advance and paid the reservation just to get it cancelled? Realty?

I arrived early to get the key to my room just to be told to return later and when I return just to be informed to find another place to stay because my reservation was cancelled. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

No breakfast at this hotel

Check in time delayed 3hrs, room was not ready After getting assigned one, had to wait another 40 minutes outside, while they cleaned room. No towels. Drawers on dresser would not close. Shower dirty, looks like black mold on ceilings ( I have pictures).

The location is decent being next to quite a few restaurants.

Needs to be cleaned and it is very unorganized.

The staff member at the front desk was really nice. There was a spacious fridge.

The hotel was in terrible conditions. There were roaches (dead and alive) in our room, cigarette burns on the sheets, and the door wouldn't even lock. There was a BIG hole in the wall in the bathroom that looked like someone punched the wall or rammed something into the wall. The air conditioning was leaking and got water all over the floor and my bag, and it made a dripping noise all night long. It also looked like there were kids in that room, at one point, who had covered the room in stickers that were not removed from the room at all. Had my husband and his gun not been with us, I would have slept in my car instead. SUPER not worth $85. I wouldn't have paid $20 to sleep there.

Being on top floor so we had no one above us. Bigger refrigerator.

No shower curtain. No light bulbs in bedside lamps. Drawers in chest were both out of the drawer slides & full of cigarette ashes & potato chips. Only one bath towel provided. Bathroom sink drained exceedingly slow. Was suppose to be non smoking room, but had ashes on floor & smelled like smoke. Other guests were yelling & running outside our door after midnight. Walls in kitchen & bathroom were very dirty. Electrical receptacles were broken & exposed.
