Everything was great from the staff and place. And the people were good with quality and comfortable being there.

the kids had plenty to do!
The adult hot tub was disgusting, it was dirty and just a body of warm water, no jets…
when we arrived in our room we found. shoe on the edge of the bed, it wasn’t ours…clean better!
there weren’t many places to sit, they had a few lines of chairs as you walked in, which was the baby area, few chairs around but no real place to put your towels without purchasing a locker.

Staff was really friendly but the common areas were filthy!
The carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months.

It was great fun for the whole family. The information and birthday channels were good.
It would be nice for a breakfast to be included in the price. There is another indoor water park that has great reviews and they have a “generous hot breakfast” included in the price and they are about 20% cheaper.

I brought my adult autistic son. He had a great time. Staff was very friendly. Room was ready early. Plenty of things for my son to do.

The price of breakfast at rest. Was way too expensive. And so was dinner. Could of been more water things to.do.
Much bigger bathrooms and a balcony door that opened so you could hang wet suits out to dry

loved that it was geared towards families but wish the hours were longer. everything shut down at 8pm.

the adults hot tub has kids in it and that is part of the reason no adult drinks are allowed like Kalahari. would be nice….

The room was great and so were the hotel amenities.
Our bathtub was clogged. It took 30 min to clear. Room 180. Wish things would have been open later.

The kids loved the extra activities. We did bowling and the mining.
The room had a weird smell, the shower curtain was yellow on the bottom and there was hair in the tub from the previous guests.

Mens restroom could use overseeing to keep clean.
