Location

Chair in room was very stained and looked dirty. Room number fell off before our arrival but was not put back on.

The staff was friendly.

The rooms were small. The beds were super hard. And the indoor pool was closed with no explanation or warning leaving our kids stuck in a room with nothing to do.

Lobby was clean, breakfast was available and coffee was hot.

Called ahead to verify pool was open, however pool room heat was out and water was not heated either. . . . They posted a pool closed sign morning after we checked in. Lobby area smelled heavily of cigarettes, because so much smoking outside of front door. Furnishing and finishes have been redone, but an overall sloppy cover up feel. Not worth my time, will not stay here again.

The stool was so low hard to get up from.

Called for towels to shower. Never received. Called about smoke alarm battery being dead. Had to end up removing to be able to sleep. They ignored most of the times we called down to the desk. Toilets kept not flushing n backing up. They brought a plunger at least.

The button I clicked redirected me to this facility. I was trying to book some thing in Lubbock. I could not get a refund 15 minutes after having made the mistake. I went to the hotel and it’s not even the Baymont anymore.

No help from Staff

Did not take advantage of the breakfast but did see that it was decent although minimal. The location is great and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

There was a lack of staff should one encounter an issue. Often the person managing the desk also had to set the breakfast or help guests with room issues leaving the front desk unmanaged with no one to help or answer questions. The only other observation we saw that could use improving was the bathrooms, though clean, were dated and worn.
