The location was fantastic! Perfect space for our family of 4. Appreciated kitchen and dining area for a weekend stay. Small deck to eat outside. Parking garage big bonus. This unit had a keurig machine... wish I had brought my pods from home ;) While we didn't use laundry room, nice to have it in the unit.

The after-hours checkin process was tricky. We didn't receive a detailed email like we have on previous bookings. Booking.com/Vacasa knew our arrival time was after office hours but didn't tell us how to proceed. After a few phone calls when we arrived onsite to a locked office, we were able to contact security to access the exterior lockbox.

Very beautiful and homey. Walking distance to the places we needed to be. Beautifully decorated! Everything in the kitchen was to a high standard. Truly lovely

The only issue we had was key collection. We were sent a text telling us we would get instructions for how to obtain the key except it didn't send the box or code to open the box so we had to call a maintenance person who helped us. Great news. It only took him 5-10 minutes to get there and he was super friendly and funny. No problems here. Just make sure that those texts have the information in them.

I missed not having A/C at night. Also with only one working fan the kids came in are room often to cool off. I realize I went In the hot summer but at this price point it should have had A/C or at the very least two working fans.

Comfy beds, terrific showers and nice clean pool. Towels provided by the pool. The gym had everything you'd need for a good workout and very convenient to the condo.
