Everything else. I had to change rooms 4 times in the four nights I was there. The first room was filthy, dirty underwear in the bathroom, dirty counters, long black hairs on the sheets, and the list goes on. Then the next day they moved me to a new room and come to find out the lock on the door didn’t work. This is after I had been gone for 7 hours that day. When I brought it to one of the staff members attention he said “this is the room with the door that doesn’t lock”. Why would they put me in there. Then upon looking through my things there are multiple times of mine missing. So they moved me to another room. The lock didn’t work on that one either. So, they moved to a fourth room which looked fine at first but looking deeper it was filthy. I stayed in there last night and now I’m home and can’t believe that those 4 days were supposed to be for relaxation after having a nervous breakdown. Turns out it just added to my mental turmoil. I didn’t get any rest, the staff with the exception of 3 of them were extremely ignorant as far as how to do their jobs. Now I have a pending charge for $522.22 on my account. They said they would reimburse me for the first night, drop the $40 pet fee that they charged me for my service animal, and $100 was a refundable deposit. It’s still pending for $522. I feel like for as much headache as I went through I shouldn’t have to pay anything. All that stay did for me was make me even more of an emotional ball of stress.

It was a nice hotel and it was not bad priced we felt so comfortable and it was nice a clean place we definitely will stay again.

Hot breakfast was wonderful and staff attended to the food to ensure there was plenty and it was hot and not burned.

The housekeeper was pleasant though we did not have them come in the room. They gave us our towels and trash bags at our request while they were on the floor cleaning rooms. Breakfast was eaten only once by one party in the room.

The front office staff is very incompetent. The hotel manger David turns out to be a liar. The hotel double charged me for my 3 night stay for a total that was not even the correct total of my room. According to David the manager he was there to help correct the problems at this property. They are preauthorizing before you arrive and when you arrive. Both prior authorizations were incorrect amounts for my 3 night stay(they were lower). At check out David said he will only send through one charge; both charges were sent through which resulted in NSF to my back account as well as a NSF being assess to my account. I attempted to speak with David via telephone this morning; front desk said he was too busy to speak. I have never experience this time of treatment at any hotel. I only stayed in one room.

It was fine except the really noisy a/c kept us awake. It sounded like potato chip bags hooked to a fan. Also, please refund the $100 deposit. Otherwise, it was fine.

The room was clean.

At breakfast the milk was sitting out and warm and the hot food was cold. My mom’s insulin frozen in the refrigerator. This is well over a $1,000 in medication that she lost. When management was informed they gave me $17 and some change back and told me that my mom could still use the medication once it unthawed. I informed her that the doctor and pharmacist told my mom that she isn’t allowed to use the medication once it has been frozen. She then told me that she was a diabetic and she’s used her medicine when it was frozen and she was fine.

I like that the property was attractive and it smelled nice throughout the lobby and hallways. The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices were good.

I didn’t like the check in time of 4:00 pm. I also did not like that there were no soap on the bathroom sink and no tissues. The bathroom needs a cabinet and the shape of the toilet tank was curved so there was nowhere to place my toiletries while I used the sink.

wasn’t well cleaned. we found someone’s false eye lashes left on the counter top and a open bar of soap in between the folded towels. not sure why we were put in a handicap room but, everything was way too short.
