The Cabana was the only place up and down the beach for quite a distance that was playing music at the bar. The pool area was more fun because of the music, even if the facilities are TINY and can be a bit crowded.

Total nearly 600 per night for one room because I thought the stay would be exceptional, being a Hilton boutique and it seemed more cozy than other options. But when we arrived, things went bad from the start. We arrived at 5pm and waited more than an hour for a room. When we arrived at the room, the decor, space, beds, and bath were very "100 a night" feeling. Barely Fancy at all. So, I went to the balcony to check the Ocean View we paid for... and discovered that they had built an addition in back that gave our balcony a Solid cement wall blocking any view except a small 5% slice of ocean sideways far on the right edge. It was like a dark cave no matter the time of day. I was severely disappointed. We'd been travelling a while, so we tried to shower. I prefer Baths and found none.. even though the booking showed that the room would have a bathtub. At least the hotel had a decent hot tub by the pool, but still, not what was promised. Then, we discovered that the shampoo and shower gel bottles were actually empty, so we had to delay, and find housekeeping for refills.. when the refills arrived. They have special big bottles with pumps.. but the pump wasn't functional, and I guess Hilton is afraid guests might take their valuable toiletries, because you cannot open these bottles. we tracked down housekeeping again, and finally had the basics that should have been available from the start. The Cabana offered breakfast with rooms for a higher cost than most other places, but I like the simplicity of the hotel breakfasts. I was a little dismayed on the first morning when I discovered it wasn't a typical hotel buffet type breakfast, rather, more like a prepaid breakfast at their small limited restaurant. The price was quite high, and we learned that we were allowed to choose exactly One beverage and One breakfast dish. Our "paid" breakfast still cost us extra $20-$30 a day because we wanted juice AND coffee.

Atención de recepcionista, POCO AMABLE. Había muy poca presión de agua fría, por lo que el agua de la ducha quemaba. Aseo de la habitación después de las 19 horas, cuando uno quiere volver de la playa y darse una ducha en una habitación limpia.

I asked for a quiet room and they put me on a floor above another one they were renovating, I had to ask them to change my room. Swimming pool area is amazing, but could have extended hours. Lack of employees, there is no one to help with the beach towels. We paid the beach fees but the umbrella was not included to it, absurd having to pay additional 30 dollars a day for it.

The facts that the rooms didn't have a microwave in the rooms and the keys was confusing for the elevator the TV's or the remotes was working have the time and it was an long waited for my rooms wasn't ready when I arrived

One lady at the front helped us get a new room after we found a toe nail upon arrival. That was a highlight.

The waitstaff took on average 30 minutes to come to our table to bring coffee, when they came they would often forget something like, the spoon, the creamer, the sugar- and everytime we asked for something else they took another 10 minutes to bring it. We left the breakfast area without being served 3 out of the 6 days we stayed. One night we heard screaming in the hallways, then it sounded like someone was trying to open the doors. The bathroom sink kept stopping up.

We stayed in a Two Queen Bedroom with Balcony with partial ocean view and it was amazing! the balcony is super big and with breathtaking view (pool and ocean). The staff was amazing, special shout-out to Roxanna& Sandraay the front desk, Claire at Allison’s and LUCKY! Definitely get Breakfast included, it’s worth it! The hotel had everything we wanted!

As we were getting to know the hotel, we would’ve liked the 3rd floor pool to have a towel stand as well. We didn’t like going up and down just to get and return towels. Also, we would’ve like more restaurants in the hotel, but still delicious food and helpful people! One more thing, our room phone wasn’t working, we had to call from our cell phones to contact front desk.

the lobby was always freezing cold, only 2 elevators and they took forever, pool was disgusting, chairs on beach were on top of everyone..no personal space! they charged $25 for an umbrella on beach, the front desk was always busy and not enough employees working. I reached out to the concierge via email and never heard back from him. will never stay here again!

The location was a few steps from the beach! I loved this the most and the walking path was great!

There was not a thing I didn’t like. Very friendly staff and very clean rooms! This is the best thing when I travel.

I am still waiting for my refund. I left the hotel at 12 am because the room was full of bugs, besides the fact that they did not give me the room that I paid for. We did not sleep the night there. Left early. I am expecting a full refund. Your company told me yesterday that I would hear from the hotel or from you in 24 hrs. Still waiting
