At 11/4/2023 building transformer was blow up, huge damage, no electricity , no water at all

Kitchen could have been better.

Driving staff was super sweet.

Front desk was rude arguing in front of guest. Took forever to check in my reservation was not in the system. No wheelchair accessible only down hill by the pool.

the valet parking system is chaos and the check on staff are really unfriendly. we were locked out of our room twice due to the key code not working and we had to wait a real long time for someone to help us to sort it out and give us new codes.

Leaking air conditioner. It was fixed immediately and then maintenance was about to paint the wet wall where water damage was, but we stopped him. We did not want to smell paint in the 4 walls we were alotted.

The location was amazing, view was great

However the room was a bit small but accommodating. The bathroom was very old and dirty. the kitchen area very small and there were a few roaches that I did not appreciate. needs massive repairs and upgrades

I thought it was a great location and a nice clean facility with great friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would come back here next time I come to Miami. The restaurant had great breakfast and dinner and there was an amazing coffee stand to get a cappuccino early in the morning outside the restaurant. Thanks

No issue with collecting the key. However, when I booked thru Boohing.com the website indicated that we could check in at noon. I received a phone call from a gentleman stating that the rooms wouldn't be available until 4:00p or 4:30p. Then he asked, is that ok? At this point we had already solicified the payment. And we didn't have a choice.

This is the email I've submitted to Booking.Com as well as Miami Beach Apartment. I have a concern and an issue. My family and I woke up to no water and no lights. And we are on the 12th floor. Not to mention my daughter is pregnant. The elevators are not working and we're not able to take a bath. This is unacceptable and unsatisfactory. No customers should wake up to this type of condition. Then we were told that if we weren't out by 10:00a.m. I was subject to paying a $100 late check out fee. My family gad to walk down 12 flights of steps with many other families. I'm requesting a full refund immediately.. My daughter's Physician and Attorney will be reaching out.

The room seemed fairly clean and I could tell the staff put a lot of attention into keeping the facility clean

The water in the shower constantly went from burning hot to ice cold while being used, the hallway to my room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes and marijuana, no one on my floor was considerate of volume, the checking in process was highly stressful as there's no sign on the building to tell you you're in the right place, I had no idea how the parking process worked for Mia rentals, so my car almost got towed and the valet guy and the woman at the desk were NOT friendly about it. The line to get checked in was 45 minutes long and they tried to tow my car. Honestly just a mess. It turned me off to the entire process. Then I went to finally get into my room and they only gave me partial information on how to get in: I got a code but didn't give me the full code so I wasn't able to access my room. Too many emails about the check in process made it impossible to find the one I was looking for in a pinch. Just a mess honestly. The room was clean and satisfactory, but the bed was not comfortable, the AC was broken so I couldn't turn it down without turning it off, the back gate by the pool code didn't work several times and I had to call security about it.

Apartment was good and everything was in good shape. would have loved even more if there was a sofa / couch in the room. 2 beach chairs and 5 beach towels are provided by host which is awesome.

There was very hard smell of bleach in the entire apartment when you first enter. Also the towels smelled horrible - I think those were washed but stinking smell in all the towels - we didn’t use those but going near to them we could smell.

advertisement/description lacked significant information including that parking is valet only, that the business runs purely on cash be it valet, laundry or anything else in between. it would have been honest if pictures of actual apartment were also included in the advertisement as it was quite dated. When I complained about the advertisement after check in, I was told in cold blood to cancel and look else where! Some days into our reservation, we decided to move out as apartment was cold without heating thinking that’s what I will be told if I complain and I booked elsewhere. when I called that we will leave early, we were offered a tiny room heater which at least did help some. The lady I spoke to on check in day was rude but the gentleman who I spoke later genuinely seemed concerned about our issues and tried to help. I wish it was him who I could talk to at check in time.

I stayed with three other friends; the room was clean as it can be and had many essentials such as multiple towels, two beach chairs, etc. bed was comfortable for sleeping. The view from the hotel was extraordinary, and the location was perfect! I cannot suggest a better and cheap place to stay in Miami beach, I have stayed at another place a little north of Mia Rentals, and this place is way better than the previous one (The previous one was good as well)

it’s a nice building.

the third vez in my bedroom was NOT a bed. Also, the access with luggage is a little uncomfortable, even tho there is a ramp, there’s always something blocking the way.

the place is in an excellent location, we had booked for two nights but we left the facilities today because there was a leak that fell right into one of the beds, the smell of humidity and cigarettes was very strong, we could not continue in the place
