Staff was terrible and rude. Called and was placed on "hold" for 20min, heard the entire conversation he had with another guest, that the so called Manager also treated poorly. Customer service skills are extremely lacking here.

There was nothing to like. It was dirty, loud, The electric sockets were so old and stripped you couldn’t even plug anything into them. Anything you try to plug-in just fell out of the socket. They only gave us two pillows for a queen size bed everything was disgusting

Liked the price, the location near the beach, and easy parking, and that the listing said it was pet-friendly. Nice that there was a large refrigerator and a microwave in the room.

Did not like being told at registration that pets were not allowed, and I had to pay an extra deposit for my service dog. The room was decent enough -- except that the bathroom vanity light was on a motion sensor, and kept turning itself off. This would not have been such a problem if the ceiling light in the toilet/shower was functioning, but it wasn't. The bottom of the bed was surrounded by a thin metal sheeting that made a loud banging noise when getting near the bed with my feet.

The staff is very nice. They let me check in early. The location is perfect. The room was clean and I had a non smoking room and it didn't smell at all like anyone smoked in it. It's across the street from the beach. Thank you for making my stay here perfect.

it’s was absolutely disgusting! cigarette burn marks EVERYWHERE. even the bathtub. it was disrespectful how much they charge for that dump. was there 20 minutes and demanded our money back.

Everything was fine to me, no complaints

I liked the location of the hotel because it was very close to the beach and the bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and quiet at night.

There were roaches in the bathroom and near the refrigerator. Not sure where they came from and unsure if the person next door to me who was nasty was bringing them in but I do not do roaches in my room whatsoever. I’d prefer the refrigerator and microwave be separate from the sink/bathroom areas and the place to be sprayed for bugs.

The refrigerator was dirty, luckily I travel with cleaning supplies due to covid. I cleaned everything myself.
