The layout of the interior of the hotel was amazing! It was more "fancy" than I had expected. The room definitely exceeded expectation with the living room (did not realize that would be there), my name personalized on the TV upon my arrival in both the living room and bedroom, the cleanliness of everything and the convenience of being able to walk to our event that happened to be directly across the street, and then come back to the hotel for food.

Parking - it's possible that I overlooked, but the parking deck fee was unexpected. I drove around for 15-20 minutes trying to find parking because valet was too full. My friend was able to get in when she arrived, but it was a hassle having to park a little ways up and then walk down with all of my things. Breakfast - Should be a separate omelet line. Those who were held up in the line were not all waiting on an omelet which caused some frustration and some people even breaking in front of others, essentially skipping over those that were and were not waiting for one. Dinner - convenient but we sat down (just based on us seeing other people getting their food from staff). No one greeted us so I got up to find out what we needed to do and she said that we needed to place our order at the bar. We did, but would have been smoother had we known in the beginning. I also requested that my wings be cooked well done, and when I received them, they were not.

It was an ok hotel, with a friendly staff.

Dirty bedding. I called downstairs and asked for another bedcover because the other was dirty. The woman was nice and said she was on her way. She never came. After an hour, I called back. A gentleman came and dropped one off. Then when taking it off and examining the sheet, the fitted sheet, had some brown streaks on it. It was already late at night so we pulled the top sheet back up and slept on top. Cleanliness is everything to me, so it's never again for me with this hotel.

I love the location , it’s right in the heart of uptown , and easily accessible to restaurants and uptown businesses. Most of the time we walked and I enjoyed the views of the city

The parking was expensive ! They had valley parking that was $55 over night . I tired parking in one of the lots and was late 10 minutes and received a ticket . Next time I will just take the train

I loved everything about this hotel from the rooms to the breakfast & location!!!!

Valet parking!! The night shift ran different than the day shift !! The valet parking at night has a lady who is also African American just like myself & she Was very rude, I’m not from charlotte & because of her I’ll never stay there again, and it’s the lady with the silver piercings in her face !! I will be calling corporate Monday when I have the time! And that’s why I rated it a 6 , it’s how you say things to people and her delivery was very much trash !

Excellent location, we enjoyed the outside seating at the bar. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The parking was a real mess. The check process left much to be desired. There were three ladies checking and we were next in line. When two of them finished with their guest, they walked away without saying a word to us. When we finally got to the lady remaining, she was very nice.

I liked the staff very much. They were efficient, friendly, and helpful.

I can’t think of anything I’d like to see improved.

amazing view & room

Need more parking space , on top of it the vallet parking was moving very slow , line was in the road . Only 2 people checking people in and out which made the check in process slow .
