Lovely with good use of space. comfortable king bed, good kitchen, great TV. Sleeper sofa was comfortable enough. The hot tub and spa area was excellent. Vacasa shuttle was a great ammenity.

The wooden sliding doors to bathroom were not adequate for good privacy. Also, no real separation between bedroom and living room. Not much storage space for 4 people.

Keys left in lock box by door. Excellent condo, full kitchen, great clean hot tub, short walk to slope and ski back, ski lockers, great friendly staff-halston and young man, vacasa shuttle, free steamboat bus service, walkable downtown area, friendly townsfolk.

Everything was great for me. Only trouble couldn't get taxi, uber or lift to mustang bus at 630 am.so had to drag bags to gondola bus station to take free bus to transit. Go alpine also wasn't running shuttle to denver Airport so long bus ride to downtown Denver then train to airport. At least low co2 emissions taking public transport. Covid made rental cars very expensive. But couldn't be helped. Thank SST free bus fantastic.

Could not find anything wrong

The location was awesome. We were able to get to so much walking and biking. Also the building itself is pretty quiet if you don’t have windows facing the back parking lot. And the hot tub was great.

Hotel behind the house was annoying because we had windows facing the parking lot and a large truck was running its engine super early in the morning right out the bedroom window. The bed was hard. Some of the lightbulbs a needed replacing. Cookware was awful, and the tv in living room never worked.

The house was beautiful, nice and clean.

The only things I didn't like was the outside balcony was right by the main entrance. And the bathroom door on the kitchen side could probably use a regular door that closes tight. (Although the barn door that is there now is gorgeous- it just doesn't give you privacy in the bathroom) but all in all - it is a really nice place

Loved the layout of the room

Good location, very clean, the room we rented had positive energy and was comfortable.

Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning in our unit. Specifically, I believe there was AC but it had a lockbox that couldn't be touch. Made for a very uncomfortable stay as it was over 90 degrees during our stay.

The location to the gondola is phenomenal. The staff at the front desk was very nice and understanding. I'm sure some rooms look like the pictures advertised and may be amazing but be careful because you may end up like me and ruining your vacation dealing with nonsense and customer service your entire trip.

This list gets a little overwhelming but I booked a room for my reservation that was not given to me. I rented a beautiful, updated condo with a loft and many renovations and openness. When I arrived I was given a key to a dingy, old and run down condo that wasn't 1/10th of the property that I signed up for. There was only 1 bedroom and no loft and this place had significantly less square footage. The lady at the front desk was very nice and apologetic. She held great communication with me throughout the process. At the end of the day, what was pulled on me was a scam and fortunately after spending about 10 hours over 25 phone calls(I was only here for the weekend) I eventually got fully refunded for the stunt that was pulled. I was never given anything additional to compensate for all of the inconvenience I was put through. Beware when you book through here that what you think you rent, you most likely aren't getting. In addition to all of this, the cherry on top the sundae was the hot tub that the listing stated was open and a functioning amenity was "closed temporarily due to covid." Also this was not ski in and ski out as it was still a 200ft walk... very close but I don't classify this as ski in ski that I've had at other resorts.

The shuttle bus was coming within 5-7 minutes to pick us up and take us wherever we had to go, but I will rent a car next time for convenience.
