Good selection of cereal and other cold breakfast items. I like not having housekeeping daily. I used to put up the "do not disturb" sign. Also it's nice not hearing them knock on every day announcing housekeeping when it used to be daily.

Sausage and red potatoes every day for breakfast. Bacon or ham one day would have been nice.

Everything was great until I woke up the next morning with bites all over my arm

The room was very comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good. The location had easy off & on for I-540 which made travel very easy.

Our first morning there, we had to look for a breakfast table that had been wiped off. We came at the end of a busy time and the staff was doing their best to keep up.

Front staff was very friendly and helpful and efficient. Always greeted us with a smile. Rooms were clean and anything we needed was given to us right away. Amount of towels in room was very nice given we stayed multiple days. Since we members we received a simple gift bag.

The food. It’s always the same. We come sometimes twice a year to Knightsdale and every time and every day the same stuff. Less processed food would be nice sometimes!!! The Hotel is clean but the carpets throughout Hotel and sofas in rooms and beds look worn and dingy. Bed shakes with every movement. The couch was so worn we didn’t even sit on it. For the price u charge now ( the same as a very nice Hotel in Fayetteville) your Hotel looks very sad in that regard!!
