This villa was in a great location, very clean, and had a lot of extras and great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

This unit has the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen. The unit is within true walking distance (even for toddlers) to the beach and is well equipped and comfortable. Be aware that the 3rd bedroom is a loft that is open to the common space, so once people are up and about, hard to sleep up there. The Low Country Coastal folks were great. Answered any and all questions promptly and dealt with issues in a prompt and professional manner. I would recommend both the unit and the rental company to anyone for a great vacation on Hilton Head!

This Villa is just beautiful and so comfortable. It was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with all our needs for cooking a big breakfast or any meal. It is bright and airy and has that beach feel with bright sunny colors. Being steps from the beach and pool makes it very convenient. I will definitely be back.

My family had an amazing vacation at this property! Everything was extremely clean, and exactly as pictured on the listing. The location was perfect for us - just a short 2 minute walk to the beach (with easy beach access to bring wagons and all the other beach items ☺️), and the pool is in the backyard. We would absolutely stay here again!

With two spiral staircases, this unit may not be for everyone. But it was great for us. Great location and well-cared for, and well-appointed condo.

Great experience. Location couldn't be better. Short walk to the beach. The palmetto dunes community is fun, clean and beautiful. The rental is fantastic. Plenty of room with very nice finishings and organized very well. Plan to be back next year!

All aspects of our stay was terrific. Was very clean, spacious, and perfectly located.

This was indeed the best stocked villa we have ever stayed in. We stay close and cook and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Good experience, great location. Loft bedroom open to living area, not ideal for adult couples. But would be ok for older kids. Spiral staircases not good for older adults or small children. Worked great for our family.

Beautiful condo steps away from the pool and a short walk to the beach. Lots of amenities nearby and a great home base for a family vacation on Hilton Head Island.

Loft bathroom shower and sink are slow draining and need attention. There were gnats coming out of shower drain. In the bedroom with 2 queen size beds, the bed closest to the door is extremely noisy.

I go to Hilton Head Island often this was a wonderful family trip and the villa at Palmetto Dunes is truly exceptional!

Very convenient to all vacation needs. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, utility room, games and more. The winding staircase was a problem for one of us. Might want to paint family room white as it is kind of dark. But some might like that. Amenities rate is A++

Villa was nicely decorated, super clean and quiet. Steps to the beach, tennis courts and bike rental. A full basket of beach towels was available for our use. Perfect vacation. Highly recommend.

Spent 8 nights in this exceptional beach property. The condo is 100% as described, very clean, super well equipped kitchen, etc. It is very clear the owners and property manager go to lengths to maintain and update the unit. Communication with the property manager is very helpful and clear... made the whole stay simple and easy. Will be back next year. Would have to make things up to find much fault with this condo!

This place was the perfect location in Palmetto Dunes. Walking distance to all your needs. And, it was very clean. Awesome stay, I will be back again if available next time I come down to Hilton Head

First time staying in Palmetto Dunes after years of being in Sea Pines. The location was excellent! Close to the beach, Pickleball courts and palmetto dunes is easy access to everything else on the island. The villa was very clean, all amenities as promised and very impressed with stocking of kitchen supplies. Everything you would need for families to stay. We would love to stay there again.

Short 4 night, 3 day ladies trip. Have stayed in this unit several times and unit is always very clean and beautifully decorated.

My family enjoyed our week at this lovely Beach Villa. Its location was truly perfect. Short walk to the beach. The unit had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. In fact, I brought several things not expecting the unit to provide them. This is our third vacation to HHI but our first time doing a condo rental, and we will definitely be returning.

My family had the best time staying in this beach villa. It is close to the pool and a few steps away from the beach. My family has stayed in this particular area of palmetto dunes for years and this was definitely our favorite property we have stayed at. The kitchen is fully stocked and very well organized. I will say that there is a staircase that leads up and down from the main living area so make note if ur bringing a little one. My kids loved staying here.

10 out of 10. Everything was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

The place is beautifully decorated, clean and has everything you could need: well stocked kitchen, spacious deck, grill, beach towels and chairs, extra drink fridge.... Beds are very comfortable and each room is very spacious. Location is excellent. 2 minute walk to beachfront with miles of walking and biking at your disposal. Walking distance to General Store (definitely get the cinnamon buns there!), Hilton Head Outfitters for bike rentals, tennis and golfing. So much to do and see. Rental company was responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place!

Great property. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings and pretty decor. Bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful. Loved having the beverage fridge downstairs.

My wife and 14 year old son and I had a delightful week on HHI at this beautiful villa, last week of Sept. 2020. This place has more the feel of a warm, well appointed home than any beach rental we have stayed at before. My son is studying virtually this semester and he was very comfy during the days he was "in class." He was able to sprint to the beach on his lunch break as it is just steps away. We took 10 minute bike rides to stock up at Whole Foods and to dine at places like Poseidan which has an excellent Happy Hour (4-7). Favorite restaurant of the stay, Pomodori, sat at the bar a couple nights and served by the lovely Lisa, exquisite cuisine!. We will be back, and will hope to find number 17 Beach Villas, Palmetto Dunes open for our dates. Had our girls decided to join us, even with a friend, this place is spacious enough to have still been totally enjoyable. As it was, my son chose the loft up top, a wonderful nook with its own bathroom and shower, leaving us the master on the first floor, adjacent to an equally sized, large bedroom with a couple of full sized beds, both rooms with tons of natural light, like the rest of the Villa. Very well appointed kitchen, everything thought of. Impeccably clean. Can't say enough good things about this space and place. The location in Palmetto Dunes was the perfect start for long bike rides on the beach and also into the beautiful neighborhoods surrounding this spot, under the amazing jungle like canopy of live oaks and lush palm trees. Just stunning!

The communication, check in process and house were great! We had plenty of space for my group of 6. The pool was right outside our door and the beach was a 3 minute walk. We didn't want to leave! Will definitely rebook in the future.

Property was clean & spacious. We had more than enough room for 6 adults. It was easy to get to the beach and we really enjoyed our stay.
