The stay is at a hotel in a great part of the beach. The staff at the hotel have poor customer service. The entire time we stayed there all the elevators were broken.
The host was difficult to communicate with.
This is a great and affordable spot for big groups.

Outstanding host! Family trip to Miami Beach booked at The Alexander through Hora Vacation Rentals. Great location, plenty of space and gorgeous views, like sunset over the Miami skyline from our bedroom and ocean waves from the balcony.
Host sent us a complete list of what to expect, our unit was well-kept and fully supplied. Instacart delivered some staples but there’s a mini market & coffee shop in the lobby too. Host provided a discount code for dining at Mess, the hotel restaurant. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. All good experiences. Plenty of space at the pool and easy access to the beach. Beach & bath towels were provided. Host responded quickly to all inquiries. Absolutely no complaints!

This place so so amazing! Looks just like the pictures! Lots of space. Only down side is it’s not very close to bars/restaurants. Everything else is perfect!

I hosted my bachelorette party here with me and 5 of my friends. There was plenty of room for us to enjoy hanging out in the living room, balcony, and bathrooms to get ready. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals at home. The condo is within a hotel which is super convenient as they have a cafe and corner store in the lobby. The pool was beautiful and included a full service bar that serves you during the weekday too. The beach is across the bike path, Fountainbleu is 1 mile away, and it's so easy to get to South Beach. We loved our stay!

Nice place !
We were in town for a conference and enjoyed our stay. The condo unit we stayed in was clean, neat and organized. The beds and linens were super comfy. Loved that the kitchen had coffee! I also liked that it is not far from (but not in the middle of) the South Beach madness. Perfect place to come home and crash and not be woken up by drunk vacationers!
