Short walk to Harbour Town and the pool was great too. Short drive to Coligny Beach for beautiful sunrises.

I have stayed in many condos over the years of visiting HHI- I have always looked for one we could come back to- this is it!!! Thanks for a wonderful week. Communication was fantastic.

We stayed at this property with our 2 year old daughter and another family with two young kids. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for our vacation of 7 people. The location was awesome! It was walkable to the lighthouse, shops, pool, and trolly stop that took us to the beach. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

This property is perfect. We loved the unit for our family with friends vacation. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We live the proximity to shops and restaurants of Harbour Town. Being able on the trolley to get to the beach club, the shoppes at Sea Pines and the bike shops was extremely convenient. Being steps from the pool was also a treat. We would absolutely want to stay here again.

This property is a perfect choice for any family or group of friends looking to enjoy time in Hilton Head Island. The condo is large and well laid out with the common areas on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the second floor and two bedrooms on the third floor. Big plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals at home if you choose to dine in and there is also a grill on the back deck. The only challenge is there is no pantry so nowhere to store groceries but that was not a big deal for us. There is a very nice pool just steps off the back deal and that is a great way to cool off after a hot and sandy day spent on the beach. Most days we had the pool completely to ourselves. The condo is an easy 5 minute walk straight into Harbour Town and it is also close to a trolley stop so you can have easy access to the beach and other areas inside Sea Pines. We did encounter a few bumps in the road with the power failing but that was not anything the owners could control. They and their property manager responded quickly to the problem at hand and made sure it was resolved that night. I can easily give a big thumbs up to anyone considering renting this property.

The place was bright and cheery, with a big living room, nice sized kitchen table, close to the pool, and lighthouse.

This location is excellent. Right next to Harbor Town golf course. Close proximity to shops and restaurants. I did a golfing trip with the fellas and the house slept 7 comfortably. Close proximity to golf courses as well.

We rented this property for Thanksgiving and had several family members staying here! First, the owners and the property manager could not have been nicer and went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay! I was very impressed - so helpful and friendly! The supplies provided were extensive. The extra large fridge was a wonderful bonus! Everyone was comfortable sleeping. The layout of the place is great for group relaxation as well as separation when needed. Having bathrooms in each bedroom is awesome! The two car covered parking is another positive of this property. We also liked being the end unit. The location is great for easy access to all that Harbor Town has to offer! This rental unit was exactly what we needed and we had a great time!

This property is in a fantastic location and is beautifully renovated. We were very pleased with the property and will definitely stay here again.

This was the PERFECT family vacation spot. My husband and his son are avid golfers, and loved being right next door to Harbourtown Golf Links. Since it was a little cooler in October, we didn’t spend as much time at the beach (although it was a very quick drive). However, our teenagers loved hopping on bikes every day and heading to get ice cream at Harbourtown. It was only about a 5-7 minute walk without bikes. The condo was perfect for our family, and I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The layout of the unit helped with privacy AND to cut down on noise. I love the decor and the kitchen was very well appointed. We did a LOT of cooking. So that was a blessing! The location was PERFECT! I hope we’re able to return again someday!!!

We stayed 5 nights and played golf, enjoyed the beach, shopping and dining. The location is wonderful for golfers and a very short walk to shopping and dining. The home was great with plenty of room to spread out. Very accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

The whole process of checking in and out went smooth. The villa was as advertised, in an excellent location. It was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Wonderful location right next to the Harborside Golf Course and Lighthouse. Super convenient for restaurants and letting the kids run around and explore. Not the most convenient for going to beach as you either need to go early to get a parking spot or take the trolley with your gear. Not really a big issue. Rental unit was nice, but needs some updating. Especially for the location. Beds were comfortable except for sleeper sofa. Thank you Darcy and Brad. We made some great family memories on this trip.

This is a beautiful home and we loved the location. It was clean and as pictured. Burn was very quick to unstop the bathroom sink and to bring utensils to clean the grill. After the door fell off we decided not to use it. The downside was the uncomfortableness of the single beds on the top level. They were very hard to sleep on. The family members preferred the sofa bed instead but that left them without privacy. We suggest better mattresses and box springs since for a family of 7 we needed all beds. Other than that we had a delightful stay.

Our family had a great time, great location. Ease of access to everything. Thoroughly had a great time in this home.

Great place to stay. Walk to Harbour Town/Lighthouse/Marina/Shops. Pool on property. Next to golf course and tennis center. Unit well furnished and clean. Would stay here again.

We had a nice stay for Spring Break with our family! It is a short walk to lighthouse and love being in Sea Pines; cute updated decor. The owner and property manager were very quick to respond to any inquiries during our stay.

Perfect location and great for families with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms we were very comfortable!

Couple of concerns- highest level BR with king bed has real issues flushing bathroom toilet BR with twin beds has bathroom plug stuck closed Also a few ants were found on kitchen table

Excellent property. Great location, short walk to Harbor Town. Host and property manager very responsive. For golfers, you could not find a more convenient property. Look forward to returning next year.

This property was a perfect fit for us. A tennis team of 7. Easy checkin. Great location.. Huge refrigerator/freezer.. Well equipped kitchen..They even had explicate instructions for each tv and other needed details for the villa.. Would definitely book this place again..

Great property and wonderful time

This was the perfect property for our trip!! The pool was amazing being so close to the house, the beach was easy to get to by trolley. The house was super clean, the carport was great to have for loading and unloading, the rooms were spacious and each had their own bathrooms ,which was awesome! We hope to stay here again!

We liked everything about the property except the fact it was tired looking and smelled a little musty. Could use some freshening up!
