Bereits beim Einchecken "sprang der Funke mit einem postiven Gefühl" über. Angefangen über ein Begrüßungsgetränk, einer kurzen Einweisung in die Gegebenheiten des Hotels und der Begleitung bis zum Aufzug! Die gebuchten Zimmer lagen auf einer Etage und waren mit Kanalblick ruhig gelegen. Im Frühstücksraum fanden alle Platz (ohne Wartezeiten). Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut, es war für jeden etwas dabei, Brot - weniger Brötchen -, Marmelade, Eierspeisen, Fisch, Wurst, Käse, Obst, Joghurt (wie man es üblicherweise kennt). Die Lage des Hotels - am Rande des Zentrums - ist für einen Städtetrip sehr gut gelegen, da alle dortigen Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichbar sind! Auch findet sich im Nahbereich eine Metrostation, um andere Ziele aufzusuchen. Um sich anschließend von Besichtigungstouren zu entspannen ist der Barbereich mit ' Kaminfeuer ' und Sesseln bestens geeignet.

Leider hatten die Zimmer zwar einen Kleiderschrank, jedoch war der Platz - gefühlt - nicht ausreichend für zwei Personen!

Me cobraram imposto e taxa e eu já havia pago pelo booking essas despesas. Falou que irrigam devolver ao final da estadia. Não devolveram paguei dobrado imposto e taxa de turismo. Total de EUR 80,00.

This is a cozy, warm and friendly hotel. I like the color and design of the lobby and room. Very comfortable bed, nice shower. Very quiet. There was complimentary water as well as tea and coffee making facilities in the room. ah supermarket is just 2 minutes walk away. The location is good.

Small touches make this a wonderful place to stay! Bed is the comfiest ever and the hotel is situated within walking distance of everything.

Breakfast was excellent with a really varied choice including fresh dutch pancakes and waffles served at tables.

More english teabags in room. There was only one daily and one green teabag. We had to go down to reception to ask for more and also milk.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were spotless and spacious. Great bed and bed linen, and the bathroom beautiful with lovely little extra touches. The decor was so nice throughout the entire hotel, and it was so close to Sam square and the shopping areas.

There was nothing I didn't like. Our weekend was made all the better for our stay at the Moment Gardens.

Nice, well designed, hotel. All seems new, very clean. Staff is very friendly. Location - 20-25min walk to any destination in the city. Excellent breakfast.
