The hotel territory is nice and green.

The room was very worn off. Paint was falling off the walls, and the wallpapers bubbling out when we had stayed there. The bed mattress was very old spring mattress - uncomfortable and squeaky. I asked them to replace, but they brought another old mattress of the same quality to replace it. Cleaning staff in the canteen was indeed busy removing dirty dishes and seeing the tables, but the tables were never wiped! With the new table cloth covering only 1/3 of the table you could see everything which was eaten on this table before. Besides, the cleaning staff was handling fresh cutlery on the tables with the same hands they were just removing the dirty dishes. Very unhygienic. The hotel's private beach is very small and packed with the sunbeds very tight. Despite this we were almost always out of luck of getting the sunbed when we came to the beach, all of them are taken early in the morning. All the neighbor hotel's to the left and right provided much more spacious and comfortable sunbeds setup for their guests. There is a "Piano" leather/furcoats shop on the hotel's reception floor and the 2 people working there on the daily basis harass the hotel's guests on buying from them, or going with them to the bigger Piano shop in Kemer. The hotel staff is aware of it and does absolutely nothing to stop this harrasment.

air conditioning turns off at 8am-12pm so if you wake after 8 you’re very hot.

The views from this hotel are quite nice. From the upper floor, one can see the pool, mountains, the sea and it's quite nice scenery. Staff is trying to be helpful but lacks professional experience. Promises don't get fulfilled (never received an invoice).

There are multiple issues with this hotel. 1. Staff, including high-level management does not get their promises fulfilled (never received an invoice). I guess this is typical Turkish trait as many times I had similar experience around this country. 2. Business INVOICE required by law for accounting has never been received after numerous communication attempts to the hotel (8x emails, 2x international calls, 3x booking customer service, 1x pre-reservation verification/request, 2x reception physically). the response is always the same - "we will get it for you today" but they never actually send it. extremely dissatisfied, stressful and inefficient administration. 3. there is really repulsive disgusting smell in all common corridors, the eating room and common areas around the main building. there are devices all over the place to spred the scent but, honestly, it's like back from the 70s like my grandma's outdated old parfume. the worst part is that you cannot do anything about it. it's artificial and poorly chosen. 4. LOUD MUSIC during the whole day and evening coming from the entertaining zone near the pool. if you have a room in the main building, be prepared to be disturbed by the music during the day and evening until around 10:30PM. not very suitable for relax or high concentration focus. 5. location is quite fine to walk to the city center or the beach but yet it's still kinda far to walk there (about 8 mins). there is no shuttle provided. 6. Gym contains only few machines with outdated equipment, some were even broken, strings were cut or torn and it was dangerous to use the machines.

Located across the street from the beach, but they have private beach and it's a few minutes walk so we were pretty happy about it. Hotel own territory is small, but nice and quiet. Swimming-pool is big enough and was clean. We really like food (especially grill at dinner) and there was always good selection on fruits. WiFi was working fine. Overall stuff was very friendly and helpful, but there was an exception (see below).

This hotel is not new so building and facilities are a kind of "tired". We got big room in building #2 and it was spacious and similar to the pictures, but air-conditioning was not working. It took us 3 calls to reception and some hours before technician really came - he really said nothing to us, mangled with AC and silently left once it AC seemed to work. It worked for 3 minutes and died again. So we asked to change the room and got another one in the same building. AC was working here and we stayed (in fact this one is also died, but exactly on the day we were leaving)). But room has windows to the street and it was rather loud, also it's the first time I see room there no real draperies on windows (only two narrow decorative stripes) so you can't block the sun and you'll be surely waken-up by bright sunlight in the very early morning. Overall we still liked this hotel (see above) but would not take the same building again (or at least take a room with windows looking inward) and make sure everything works well in the room we got...
