أقرب فندق الى الحرم من جانب جبل الكعبة.. فندق نظيف.. الغرفة نظيفة والحمام فيه كل الاحتياجات..فيه حاجات قد لا تجدها في فنادق ثانيه..

فندق جميل جداً و السعر مناسب قريب من الحرم 10 دقايق مشي و اشكر طاقم الاستقبال على رأسهم الاستاذ عبدالله الصبحي على حسن التعامل كل الحب والتقدير والاحترام لهذا الشخص و اشكر مشعل السلمي قمه في الأخلاق و التواضع والرقي و الاستاذ محمد علي محترم جداً و الاستاذ عبدالله الحربي محترم ومتعاون و عبدالعزيز القريشي سهولة في التعامل و الاستاذ خالد الحربي محترم جداً و اشكر الاستاذ حسام على حسن التعامل محترم جداً و اشكر حسن القرني على التعامل و الاستاذ سلطان القرشي له كل الفضل والاحترام والتقدير غرفه جميله جدا ونظيفة و مطله على الحرم المكي خدمة العملاء ممتازه بارك الله فيكم جميعا ً و ان شاء الله راح ارجع مره ثانيه

الغرف قديمة وتحتاج الي صيانه الماء والصابون توضع اول يوم فقط يجب طلب تبديل المناشف وطلب الصابون

Value for money and safe parking

Exit from parking very narrow..i damaged my car.

Good value for money, the location is fine and walkable

The staff were irresponsible, room service is up on request and do only what you asked for not every thing.

Bus drop off is far from the haram entrance. Hotel is a long walk to the haram.

I like the staff the most, Manager of the Hotel was such a great man who help us with our booking. May Allah Bless him for his kindness. Location is perfect, 20 minutes from Kaaba. I would definitely recommend this place.

The seating area is tight, 2 chairs only for 3 people Room had little space to move AC thermostat needs maintenance and fan switch also (fan either high or off) Toilet seat is very tight between sink and shower wall TV channels are not having multiple options (mainly news) No desk was available for writing Lighting in the room either all on or off, also needs redistribution Must add sleeping lamp Ceiling grids in room entrance are moving every time the door opens or closes

I have problem with chek in time because I was send request to Arley check in because my flight time is morning 06 a.m. And I changed check in time when I book the hotel but they don't give me the room. I told to staff I have baby of 10 months but they don't Care about the our situations so I was to much suffered with my family.. I was didn't get the room to 03 p.m.
