The property and the condo were both great. The condo very spacious. Although the bedding wasn’t the most comfortable. I would suggest new mattresses and pillows. The pool and hot tub fantastic. And the board walk to the beach very nice. The location was also very good, very convenient to shops either bike riding or walking distance. Sorry they also need a new toaster, But otherwise we thought it was very well stocked.

This spacious condo was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfy, and the view is gorgeous. Seating is provided on the balcony to enjoy the cooler mornings and evenings, watch waves crash, and observe the pool. There are plenty of restaurants in walking or cycling distance. The AC works extremely well!

This property is run by a large management company and their processes are pretty good on notifications, texts, etc. but because they are big I feel like the attention to detail is missing - see examples below. All in all, we would rent again, just would like to see the attention to detail match the price being paid. Examples: Cleaning - my kids lost something which made us look under beds, well one word, disgusting. Food, water bottles, etc. We ran a vacuum cleaner, not a big deal. Pots and Pans - very old, warn out, chipped non stick pans. If you know anything about the dangers on non stick pans...dangerous. We called the management company and they quickly replaced. But question is, why did I have to call? On day of check in they provided the wrong code to get in the gate, we didn't realize it until late (earlier gate was open)when trying to get in after dinner which caused a 20 min delay on getting home.

The property was great! Very clean and had an amazing view. We would definitely recommend.

My wife, sister, and I met our brother from Atlanta for a 6-night, 5 day stay. The condo was excellent! We had no problems with the property, the weather was fantastic, and the food was great! We've stayed in places before in Hilton Head that just about ruined our vacation, but we had a great time here!

Perfect size condo for us and my son's family.

Location of the condo was wonderful-we've stayed at the Shorewood several times over the years in different units. Our only concern with this unit was the cleanliness . There was a used contact lens on the floor of one of the bathrooms, dust along the top of the headboards, stuff like that...The outdoor tables and chairs had alot of rust-near the feet, along the top... some of the cooking pieces were pretty disgusting (should be thrown out)...kitchen drawer contents need a once over.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. We enjoyed our stay. It was great for adults and children (ages 3-8). Wonderful facility with great access to pool, beach, biking, and all that Hilton Head has to offer!

Kitchen was well stocked. One small recommendation bring a fan. There are no ceiling fans in this condo. So if you prefer moving air. Bring a fan. A C works great, but we really missed our fans.

We enjoyed staying at this centrally located spot in HiltonHead. Great location to walk to the local restaurants and shops in Coligny Plaza. Large balcony overlooking the beach was a plus for our group as well. Only suggestion we have is to get more lamps in every room. Lighting was insufficient. Would definitely come back here!

Our stay at the Shorewood was everything we had hoped for: great location and view of / access to beach and pool were so convenient and exactly as pictured. The furnishings were very comfortable and abundant (there were only four of us, but the place could easily accommodate more), and the check-in process seamless (loved the keyless entry - very convenient). The place was very clean, and the starter supplies more than adequate to last the week (toilet paper, dishwashing pods, dish soap, paper towels, shampoo and bath soaps). We noticed a couple maintenance items upon arrival (burnt out light bulbs, running toilet); our request for maintenance was responded to very quickly and the items were fixed within a couple hours - very impressed by that. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels, even beach toys (chairs, umbrella, buckets, etc.). At the end of the week when we tried to do some laundry we noticed that the soap dispenser was not working on the washing machine so we put in a maintenance request, but it was Sunday and we departed that day so not sure if the item was fixed or not. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay and recommend this for any family looking for a great Hilton Head vacation!

Was a good location. And easy access to beach and pool

We loved the central location, in the heart of everything we wanted to do! The unit has a great view, a good layout, and the pool area and easy beach access was great! Our only complaint was with the cleaning service. We found several areas of the unit not cleaned very well, and trash, food, etc. left on the floors in some areas, making us question just how well the cleaning personnel prior to us coming. Other than, we had no complaints whatsoever and had a great vacation here!
