We booked this property for a large group of 12 that we’re going on a charter fishing trip. The house was only a few blocks from the dock making it very convenient to walk to the dock the morning of the trip. The house was plenty large enough to accommodate our group and it had a perfect layout with a gameroom, bedrooms, living area and small kitchen downstairs for those “night owls”, and a large kitchen living area, and additional bedrooms upstairs for those of us who prefer to hit the sack a bit earlier. The house was very clean and the owner did a great job communicating and responding to any questions. They were also nice enough to extend our stay when our trip got postponed at the last minute due to weather. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property!

This house was perfect for what we wanted. Super nice and clean and plenty of beds to house multiple families. The location was great too. 2-4 min. Golf cart ride to the store and 5 or less to the beach! Will def be staying here again.

Loved the fire pit in the backyard! We had the best time and loved the game room! We will definitely stay here again. The house was perfect and lots of room.

We had a great time and would definitely go again ! Host was excellent and always available for any questions we had about our stay. We loved the layout of the house it provided privacy needed for two families. The house is walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We walked to the fishing pier which is around a mile away. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped with cooking utensils. Needless to say we had a great time and would love to do it again!

I was looking for a place to celebrate my 70th birthday with my precious family! This turned out to be the prefect place for us to gather. My grandkids had a great time in the play room. We made beautiful memories!

This was our 2nd Christmas here and the house did not disappoint! Communication was awesome, and everything was great. The house is perfect for families looking to get away and spend time together, while allowing everyone to have their own quiet areas as well. Very comfortable and inviting. We love Port Aransas and this house is in a great location. We can't wait to return!

Conveniently located to everything. Clean and accommodating to a max occupancy. We enjoyed the game room, the tiki bar, outside lounging and fire pit. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for making your home available!

Stephanie went above and beyond making repairs left by a faulty air unit to have the house ready in time for our multi family vacation. Spacious, clean and comfortable home that was enjoyed by all the kids and adults! Not walking distance to the beach but a fun cart ride to our favorite spot. Young adults loved being in the heart of night activity.

There were many things we loved about this place. We rented the upstairs house with downstairs apartment. We stayed for 3 nights and would have chosen four with the “stay 3 nights get fourth free”. Due to lack of the owner answering the three messages I sent through VRBO, this didn’t happen. I found the owner very unresponsive until the day we checked out due to her not having a signal. However, the property manager Cheri was very helpful (as much as she could be, since not the owner) and worked with us on a few issues. Pros are: great living room, large and cozy couches to hang out on, lots of room in kitchen which was well equipped with cookware, etc. Small front porch, upstairs back porch, and fire pit area downstairs were nice to hang out on and allowed movement around to the front or back of the house when it got too windy. Upstairs beds were comfy. Downstairs game room was fun along with the bar. Lots of games were provided. Fireworks for NYE were visible from the front porch! Quiet area. Cons: garage door broke the first time we tried to close using door opener, door codes and locks took a bit getting used to as some stayed unlocked while others locked right away which inconvenient with everyone trying to remember codes for upstairs/downstairs, double bunk beds weren’t very comfortable, terrible smell in game room area near the half bath and bedroom similar to mothballs so much so no one stayed in that room, dehumidifiers throughout downstairs were all full and had to be emptied right away, small fridge in downstairs kitchen smelled strongly of bleach, so no food or ice went in there, foosball table had to be opened to get the balls out a few times (only a problem when little kids are playing and balls are gone in a flash!), upstairs fridge was missing a shelf and the property manager wasn’t made aware by previous renters, difficulty with tv remote(s) and no instructions, no remote for fireplace or instructions, neighbor walking by suggested not to leave anything in our vehicles (good to know). Suggestion to provide a binder with info on the property, places to eat, as well as info on remotes, batteries, light bulbs, and so on. Instructions on manually open/close garage door (my husband used to install them for a living). Have dehumidifiers downstairs plumbed to drain out continuously may help with smell. Some of these issues were due to off season so it didn’t spoil our fun, would return again with large group!

Had a great vacation, the weather was perfect. My kids had so much fun at the beach during our stay. Had a few issues with the house...several light bulbs were out. I have young kids so, having the downstairs completely separate from the upstairs was inconvenient. I didn't want them sleeping down there anyways because it smelled like mold. Theres also a separate unit attached that I wasn't aware of until I booked the home. That would have been a deal breaker for me, because again I have children and I didn't want to be next door to some random guy. So we all slept upstairs. Also, there was no laundry soap so we had to buy our own in order to wash their towels before we left.

roaches/flies/rodents overall unsanitary location. clutter and mold smelling. beds were good though.

My family certainly enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving. Plenty of room, great kitchen and space for everyone to with gather or find their own solitude for awhile. Fire pit in back yard was an added bonus. Will look forward to doing it again.

We were hosting a customer appreciation fishing trip and had 11 people to make comfortable, the property was perfect. WE and very much looking forward to doing it again.

The property was nice. Been a little cooler we probably would have sat outside more. Pictures need to be updated on the site. You have to go outside to get to the bottom rooms, with little kids, it doesn't work very well. I know you can't always determine when somethings will break down. the air conditioner downstairs wasn't working. We had to give up 2-3 hours of our time to wait till they fixed it. We did see a few roaches and we found mouse droppings, but no mice.

Great place, beautiful house just a great place for family to enjoy there vacation.
