The place was clean, well stocked with everything needed and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to questions. It was exactly what we needed for a busy weekend getaway.

We loved our stay here! The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated, quiet and private from the main house. The attention to detail was evident throughout with little extras to make our stay comfortable. Communication was great, Cynthia was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area!!

The house was nice n quite. Beds are sooo comfortable even the kids said the sleeper sofa was comfortable. Nice neighborhood easy to get to. Great communication with the owners. When we first drove up it was a little awkward because we were coming into someones dive way but drove round behind the house and there was our little place to stay had the carport all for us. Definitely recommend staying at this place!

Absolutely loved staying here! Very clean and well appointed mother-in-law suite that is very private from main house. Will definitely stay here again while visiting family in the area. Plenty of room for a family of four and very comfortable. Communication was great! We loved seeing the chickens and other animals on the property and enjoyed the private entrance and car port. We’ve been using VRBO for 10+ years and this is one of our favorite places to stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

The property was immaculately clean and quiet with little extras to make our stay comfortable…coffee, popcorn, travel size toiletries, iron, and hairdryer just to name a few. The space was as described and Cynthia was responsive & pleasant to deal with. We’ll be back on our next trip to Arkansas, highly recommended.

Had everything needed for a nice three day weekend get away to attend a wedding in Bauxite at the Venue at Stonebrook Meadows.

Just as a quick first impression my 3 year old ran in and yelled "this place is so COOL!" lol. Overall the place was wonderful, great and clean accommodations. Having a washer and dryer on a vacation makes things so much easier coming home. The full kitchen as well really helped us not have to go out to eat for every meal. Location was close to everywhere we planned to visit. I can't think of anything while we stayed here that if we didn't have it, it was already provided. And that was down to having a butter packet for my sons toast one morning. Can't recommend this place enough if you are staying in the area!

Process was easy. Covered parking right outside unit was convenient. We recommend and would stay again if we needed a place.

This was our second visit and it was just as awesome as the first. Clean, comfortable, quiet... everything you could want in a rental. We plan on staying here everytime we are in the area visiting children and grandchildren.

This property is just as listed. It is located in a convenient, yet quiet neighborhood with quaint amenities. Everything you need is there. The owner is very attentive and responds immediately to questions or inquiries.

This property is pretty darn neat!! It is open and inviting. The owners/property owners are welcoming and receptive. They even provided me with eggs for my breakfast convenience. I would definitely recommend them for others, especially for fellow travel nurses like myself. The ONLY drawback is that there are no sidewalks in the area to allow a nice evening walk. Would not hesitate to use this property again if I return to the area! Thanks to the whole family!

This was the perfect place for me and my fur baby. We felt very welcome there. Had a backyard that is fenced. It was close to outlet mall and many restaurants. I will be staying another 3 months. Brian and Cynthia are great.
