Location is great. Close to everything beach, airport, shopping. Property manager is professional. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back.

It was beautiful

Wow, this place was awesome and our view was unbeatable. This property is undergoing some renovations, but it did not affect our stay at all. The beach was right in front of the building, and a beautiful beach it was. There’s a really nice grocery store a couple of blocks away and lots of dining options nearby. Id stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great place and host, condo is very nice with a fantastic view of the beach. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hot water in the shower takes a long time to get warm so turn it on early!

Perfect location and the view is everything. Easy check-in, great communication with Isabel. Only thing is if you’re looking to hang out in a pool the pool is closed. But the beach is literally in the backyard. Best view to wake up to.

I had to smile when I walked into the Apartment. The view was breathtaking! It was decorated like a Tropical Paradise. It was sparkling clean. Everything you would need was there. I loved having breakfast and dinner on the balcony overlooking the Caribbean and San Juan. Had a delicious dinner at Metropole which was a short walk away. Enjoyed shopping at Pueblo supermarket, also a short walk away. Isabel the hostess was so easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect vacation spot! The view of the ocean is breathtaking, the property was clean, staff were more than helpful, all around a great experience. Communication was great.

Property renter was clear about property description and made check in process quick and simple . Great response time ! Room had everything need to feel like your at home but with a an outstanding view of isla verde beach resorts and coast line . Definitely a must stay again and imagine would be amazing once pool, bar downstairs re- open

Overall I enjoy staying at this property. The apartments are comfortable and you can't beat the view. The area is also a plus as its close to the airport, major highways and on the beach. The ratings were less then 5 as the pool was closed and lobby vendors/bar were closed. Isabel is wonderful at responding and handling the simple issues we had. We definitely recommend.

This will definitely be where I stay here on out when I am in Puerto Rico if it is available. Beautiful view from the penthouse. The view alone makes this worth every cent. The apartment itself was clean with a nice beachy wicker theme and intimate ideal for a getaway for you and your partner and others if you chose as there is a pull out bed as well. Plenty towels, toiletries and full size appliances. Grocery store within walking distance as well as restaurants. Although the pool was under construction 🚧 who cares when the beach is literally feet away. What could be better. The music from the resort next door is loud but reasonably played during the day and late afternoon. And even so it is off well before bed time. The sounds of the ocean waves were soothing and relaxing at night and again the view was everything!!! Isabel was good with communication and supplying the everyday needs at her apartment. Only non issue but I wish was available was washer and dryer as the buildings were closed by 5. Over all great stay. The building is safe and beautiful and there are things in building to do like a game room with arcade games,billiards,cards,etc. I definitely would encourage others to stay just not when I need to stay lol. Have fun ♥️♥️

Everything true in property listing and much more. Super location and views. Weekend afternoon to about sunset can be loud music from properties along the beach. However, music over well before sleep time.

Really beautiful view. Walkable to great food. Easy access to beach. Owner communicated really well. The place is very small, like a hotel room, but location, beautul beach access and view make it all phenomenal.

This place was decorated so cute and was really clean. I loved sitting out on the deck where I could enjoy the spectacular view of the beach and the ocean. Anything you would need to cook there was provided. It was nice to have parking provided just a very short walk from the elevator. I would love to stay there again!

Hotel is getting more and more rundown. No Pool is a big negative.

Everything about this property is spectacular beginning with the location, view, amenities, convenience, you name it, it's got it. I can honestly say this has been one of the best vacations I've had mostly due to all of the above mentioned. I will absolutely recommend this rental and hope to come back and book this rental again!

This was our second time staying in this unit and we really enjoyed it. The building is in a great location right on the beach and near many good restaurants. Isabel is very responsive and helpful and we were happy to stay there again.

Overall experience was great, And communication with Isabel made it quick and easy will be staying here in the future.

Good location with a beautiful view and very nice host but the hotel was not clean, and the pool is closed. The sofa bed was not comfortable and the sheets and cushion were dirty with what looked like blood stains. To take a shower it was horrible the water would either be extremely hot or extremely cold, no in between.

If you're staying here it's for the amazing view. You can see the ocean just laying in bed. The room is located on the penthouse floor of a 3 star hotel. For the price it's a fair accommodation, however the cleanliness of the room was not acceptable by my standard. The vent in the bathroom was filled with dust. 2 of the 3 towels I used after showering were soiled with yellow stains. There are some brown spots on the walls and furniture, and peeling/cracked paint through out. The furniture and bedset is very old and and made me wonder how many people slept in the same sheets for years and years. Communication with the host was a bad experience... I couldn't find the beach passes and the host stated they were left clearly visible on the counter top and provided a picture as "proof" but this wasn't true- It was an old picture, and the beach passes were actually shoved in the back of a junk drawer. After blaming me for the missing beach passes she reached out to the cleaning lady who said to look in the junk drawer, and that is how we found them.

The property was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our family of 4. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Beach access is easy (note-the chips for entry do work after 7pm for now. We went crab hunting one evening without issue). The front desk staff were friendly when we interacted with them. There’s ping pong equipment, coolers, a frisbee, a couple of beach towels, and chairs in the room. We also left buckets and shovels for the next kids. There are books perfect for the beach on a shelf. The cabinets were stocked with left over paper products and plenty of kitchen supplies. Under the bathroom cabinet were some leftover supplies as well. We didn’t need them, but noticed them (shave cream, TP, etc). The bathroom is very small, but we made it work. The designated parking spot was convenient as well. The area is very safe and quiet at night, despite being so close to the airport. We drove into Old San Juan several days and directions were easy and it was a 15 min drive. The beach outside was not packed and was super clean. We rented umbrellas and chairs ($15 per umbrella/$5 per chair). The water was warm and fairly calm and clear. The only recommendations/negatives (if you even want to call them that) are this: A few extra trash bags would be helpful. The can is very small and our family of 4 filled it several times. HOWEVER, the process of simply dropping the trash down the chute was great. Also, there is a designated spot, but it can be tricky because the numbers aren’t in order. Enter the garage and go down one level. The spot is 3/4 of the way down on the right. We really appreciate this place-the cost and location was perfect and we will definitely stay here again!

The property was everything I saw in the pictures provided. The Penthouse was clean and close to shopping and dinning. It was the balcony view for us that is most memorable. The host was available when I has questions and responded within minutes.
