Family owned property. They were very friendly and did everything to ensure that we had a great time! The house is very well maintained with a great pool. Breakfast was amazing.

My husband and I came here at the end of our honeymoon and we couldn’t have picked a better place! The views, the pool, the staff, the breakfast! Everything was absolutely perfect! There’s even a private beach minutes from the hotel. The family the runs the hotel is the sweetest you I’ll find. Location is a 10min taxi to the heart of Kas where you will find all the shops and restaurants! Book this paradise you’ll be so happy you did!! We are So so grateful that we did! Xo

This is an outstanding family-run hotel. The breakfast is made with care and love, and the menu changes pretty much every day. The hotel is stunning, with an amazing view of the coastline and the nearby island of Kastelorizo. The room is big, spacious and clean. The entire hotel has an extreme attention to detail. The service is welcoming and helpful, with a keen eye to customer statisfaction. They have their own private access to the sea - a wooden pier perched on the cliffs, which you can reach in a couple of minutes. Every day, they serve afternoon tea with homemade cakes and Turkish pies, which you can have while looking at the gorgeous sunset. Truly an unforgettable experience, which we will repeat as soon as possible.

The parking is a bit cumbersome since the hotel is built on the hillside. Also, the private beach needs some new sun beds and parasols, and some tidying up on the stairway leading to it.

Hotel has unique view. it has nice infinity pool. I liked the room which is very useful and very large. cleanness is feeling like your at home. Above extraordinary. 💯

Nothing really. Had to unplug the fridge at night as it was really noisy but that’s it!

Beautiful villa with fantastic sea view from each room. Excellent breakfast. Caring and friendly host, always ready to help. A great choice if you search for a quiet and peaceful place. There are a pool and comfortable places for rest and sunbathing on the premises as well as private pools in some rooms. Enough parking spots near the hotel, though to get there be ready to overcome a very steep climb. There is also a small platform belonging to the hotel with sunbeds and umbrellas near the sea. A lot of steps but it is just to be expected given the terrain.

For us everything was fine. Just be aware there is no dinner restaurant in the hotel, and I am not sure if there is something within walking distance so the car is mandatory.

WiFi sometimes didn't work

Service was excellent, and everyone is super nice and helpful. I had the room with a balcony and the view is extremely amazing, view to the ocean. Location was perfect, easy access to the town of Kas.

Everything was great: big and stylish room with a comfy bed, sea-view from the room and pool was totally amazing. And so nice cosmetic in the bathroom! This area and the hotel are perfect if you want to relax in calm and silent place, there are no bars and clubs nearby. Breakfast and five o'clock cakes were really tasty, I think it was the best food which we had during our trip. We so liked this place, that even changed plans a bit and stayed for one more night. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Thank you, guys!

It's not a problem, just a notice. This area is mountainous, so there are a lot of stairs (in hotel, to the beach). For us it was not a problem, but it can be difficult for families with little kids. Employees would better use earphones in the evening, you can hear all sounds from the room, it's a bit disturbing
