La pensión se encuentra ubicada en el barrio más bonito de Puerto de la Cruz, el barrio de la Ranilla. Aparcar cerca es relativamente fácil. Muy cerca de tiendas locales en su mayoría, bares y restaurantes. La familia propietaria es muy amable y atenta con las peticiones. La limpieza un 10. ¡Gracias por todo!

Everything was great

My stay was enjoyable. Host was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Short walk to the sea front. Good value for money.

There was nothing to dislike. Wi Fi was a bit hit and miss but not a problem.

It’s a very nice little hotel in the very touristic part of the town. There’s a lot of natural wood in it, so the place feels vintage. The cleanliness was exceptional. The sheets and towels were cotton and white. Mattress was convenient to me, though the pillow was too high. Some rooms are bigger and have something that can work as a table if you work remotely, but some rooms are smaller and have no table. I lived on the 5th floor, it had a window to the terrace, so there was more day light. The room had blocking-light curtains, so the light did not disturb me in the morning. The showers was nice and clean with a window to ventilate. There was no kettle in the room, but they provided me with it in my request. The price is one of the lowest in the city. Location is central with quick access to many restaurants.

There’s no sound isolation, some groups of male guests would often return to the hotel late at night, being drunk, talking loudly, and shutting doors. It was stressful. There area itself is also noisy in the evening till 12pm-1am. Sometimes there are loud fireworks at night. When guests smoked on a terrace, I didn’t feel privacy, so it’s another thing to consider if you choose the 5th floor. The WiFi was slow and sometimes not working at all. It would also be convenient to have a washing machine and a microwave in a lobby.

The location is perfect. The staff were friendly and doing the best.

The sink in the bathroom was small and we couldn't bend our heads when we washed face and brushed teeth because of the shelf above it.

This small hotel is located perfectly in the heart of the old town of Puerto de la Cruz - only a short walk from the central square and also the bus station. There are supermarkets just a short stroll away. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with comfy seats which has a wonderful view of the city and Mount Teide and a perfect place to have your breakfast. This is accessed from the fourth floor via a short staircase. There are simply loads of options for evening meals - indeed a pavement restaurant operates from just outside the front doors.

There is nothing I didn't like. This is a small hotel which does only room only service but there are plenty of supermarkets locally to buy things for breakfast. My favourite is Tu Alteza which is just at the other end of the Calle del Lomo. It doesn't open until 9am but I bought things the night before. The family who run the hotel only speak a little English but are very helpful.

The location is excellent - there are so many restaurants around this accommodation. Also, it's within 10 minutes walking from the bus terminal - easy to find the place.

There were no people at the reception desk on my arrival, and I had to wait for a while. There was no hairdryer in the room - it was a bit inconvenient, and I couldn't open the window.

The locality was excellent. Middle of town. Good restaurants nearby. Supermarket handy.

I particularly choose this one because of the location. The view from the 5. floor was truly fantastic, day or night. The fridge was definite plus.

My stay was on a room-only basis, and perfect to my needs. Two big supermarkets within about 200m for food items, such as fruit, cold meats, dairy, bread, filled baguettes, beer and wine etc. Real ale bar 100m, Irish bar 4 minutes, and I guess about 40+ restaurants within about 10 mins walk. Bus station 8 minutes, and harbour 3 minutes. Quiet pedestrianised street with a restaurant opposite, and next door. Roof terrace good, with views toward Mt Teide. Room, bathroom, elevator, and public spaces maintained to a high standard. Fine quality finish to all fixtures and fittings, with daily room service. The owner / manager was a pleasure to have met. Noemi and her family members made considerable effort to reunite me successfully with my mobile phone, having left it on a tour bus (silly ass me). So, I'm more than happy to recommend Pension Los Geranios to visitors to Puerto de la Cruz.

The pension is very central, but very quiet, close to a a lot of restaurants. Parking possibilties are within 500 meters. The family, who runs the pension are very helpful. I spent a week second time here, and for solo traveller is an ideal place.

Perfect location in city and very close to sea and main square. Clean and comfortable rooms. On top is terrace with beautiful view on mountines Tiede and sea. Amazing place and perfect value for the money. Noemi was very helpful and amazing host! She recommend perfect restorants Tropical in street and rest of info how to spent time in Puerto Cruz! Great stay and we will come back again!

A excellent pension, could not fault the place or the staff. A welcoming smile, it's as if we had met before. Two nights there and hopefully would go back again. I reserved a room months ago, and glad I did. You will not get better in Puerto de la Cruz at the price charged.

Very pretty and spacious bedroom, full of light with large windows overlooking the precinct and all the action. Large shower room. Spotlessly clean throughout. Very quiet at night and bed/pillow very comfortable. The owners and all the staff are delightful. I would highly recommend rather than going to a large 4 star hotel. Such lovely character. Muchísimas gracias.

I had a rather noisy man next door but he was ever so respectful and turned down his tv for me!

The location and price made the experience totally worth it for a short stay and the staff was very kind.

The location it´s really good. Close to the bus station and also to the muelle and lot´s of restaurants and nice places to visit. The room has a good size and the area was silent at night.

I found that could be added a keetle in the room or a hot water dispenser at the reception so guests could make tea (this is a suggestion).

Everything was perfect. Very kind hosts, spoke good English. The hotel is located in the city center and everything is close by. Jardin Beach is around 10 minutes ’walk.

The rooms were great— the bed was very comfortable, there was a lot of space with its own private balcony and bathroom as well. Location was also amazing— within walking distance of almost everything! And close to the bus station so overall easy access. There's lots of great food in the area as well, and it's just a very cute location. The hosts were also very kind and sweet; Overall an amazing stay, especially for the price!

The wifi didn't work especially well. Also, if you intend to pay by card, it needs to be during a specific time of day when the daughter is around to work the credit card machine. Just nitpicks though— definitely a must if it's open!
