The property was clean and daily housekeeping. Location is not bad, just above a KK one shopping mall and there are several restaurants serving Chinese food. There is also a KFC and Mac near the property. Size is good for two people only. AC was great and the bed was comfortable. The office is in C2 8th Floor,my apartment was in C3 12th floor.

The kitchen had nothing, literally nothing. one plate, one spoon, two bowls, two kitchen knifes, one chopping board and few old dirty dishes. I had to buy washing liquid and sponge to wash the dishes. Don’t book if you are interested in some cooking. when I checked in, there was no toilet roll, so I had to call and ask for it. The guy gave me one toilet roll. Toilet just stinks and you have to leave the window open all the time. The traffic noise starts early in the morning.

The location of this hotel is right near a train station, and Future City shopping mall which is just perfect. SooOOO many food options right on the doorstep. Conveniently, there is a ICBC right down stairs which is one of the very few ATMs that work with foreign bank accounts. (Because I am a foreigner and do not have a Chinese bank account, traveling in China can be hard as everybody uses Alipay or Wechat pay, (which both require owning a Chinese bank account). It's difficult being so reliant on cash to pay for things. I have spent many frantic hours wondering around, quite low on cash trying to desperately locate a Bank of China or ICBC.)

It was spacious, pretty clean and with daily maid service, and a great location nearby the mall and metro station with lots of yummy food options nearby. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful!

Proximity of the location to the Xiasha Metro station would be at the top of my list. The Shenzhenwang Park is only about 2.5 km away is a plus for runners.

Suggest considering the installation of a peep hole in the entry door.
