Beautiful location in the mountains. Troutbeck is very familiar to us. Enjoyed the new look.

As it was winter the newly tiled floors, particularly in the lounge perhaps could do with a few rugs. The duvet in our room was not wide enough to hang over the edges of the bed. Property in and outside looked freshly painted and was well kept.

Your buffet Dinner is overpriced and we were given different prices at the reception and by your cashier. For a family to enjoy the experience, you need to revise your costs.

The staff were professional, helpful and the food was served quickly hot and well presented. We also discoverde the Trotbeck cottages too. Staff showed us around

There was an issue with connectivity to pay by credit card initially. We left a cash deposit. Connectivity was fine on check out. The room rate I was quoted was not the room rate I was going to be charged on check in. Workmen kept walking past our bedroom door/windows so we had to keep the curtaisn closed for a great deal of the time

The was no electricity for about 3hours during the night
