This condo had it all!! It was clean, decorated nicely, and more than comfortable for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 and 3 year old). The walk to the beach was right outside the back patio door and the pool was a couple steps through the front door. We would love to stay here again next time we come back. Highly recommend ocean club 45!

Suffice it to say. We will do our best to get back. We have lease properties for 40+ years and this by far is our favorite. Donna is beyond excellent.

Perfect location, perfect unit. Heated pool out that front door, ocean out the back door in a small, quiet complex. We had two teens with us, and they loved the freedom of being able to walk out to the pool or beach depending on their mood. Coligny Plaza shopping and restaurants were walkable. The back gate to Sea Pines was right down the road, making it easy to get to Harbour Town and South Beach Marina for lunch at The Salty Dog. The unit was updated and clean. We definitely would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was the most amazing trip for our family of 5. Easy access to beach, heated pool and shops/restaurants. The host though if everything from beach needs to household supplies. We’ve already booked again for next year!

This is a great place to stay for a beach vacation in Hilton Head. The location was perfect. Close enough to walk or bike to Coligny Beach but just far enough away to avoid the big crowd on the beach. This condo is equipped with everything we needed and nice and updated. My only issue was the pillows were all super flat and uncomfortable but other than that everything was great.

We love Ocean Club and this unit didn’t disappoint!

Another great stay at OC 45. Second year there and we won’t stay anywhere else. Appreciative of our host who has provided everything from kitchen supplies to beach chairs.

Excellent location steps from the beach and a short ride to restaurants and attractions. Owner was super responsive and gracious when we had an issue at check in. It was quickly resolved. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was near perfect except for the HVAC control. Nest thermostats have no place in rental property. It has no permanent override so we had to keep going back and resetting it to the desired temperature several time a day. This is why I did not put one of these in my home.

It was absolutely amazing to stay in Donna’s oceanfront condo. We were literally few steps from a fantastic beach stretching miles on end. The unit is gorgeous and very comfortable. HHI offers many wonderful places for a meal and at the same time we enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. We would love to stay here again.

This was our first time to HH and this condo was incredible. The location was perfect to bike everywhere, accommodations were immaculate. With three young kids they loved the yard and proximity to the beach. Tons of toys for the beach and yard play. Made the trip so easy and memorable. Will be back for sure!

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean and the walk to the beach could not be beat. We easily rode our bikes to the plaza down the street! Had a great time and would rent again!

Updated property. Steps to the beach. Loved the view. Fully stocked we didn’t need anything. Couple blocks from Coligny. We rented bikes a block up. Everything close and convenient!! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at SF 45. It’s the nicest, most stylish and updated rental we have ever had. The view is beautiful and the beach is just out your front door. The owners were great. We will be staying here again for many years to come.

This is an amazing property and equally amazing host. I’d give the property 6/5 stars on everything. It was even more beautiful and equipped than described and Donna was extremely accommodating and eager to help answer questions. I hope this property is available my next visit! Highly recommend it!

We enjoyed the condo with everything we could possibly need. The view from the patio was amazing, just wish it would have been a little easier to get to the beach. The pool was right across the parking lot and had sun or shade whichever you prefer. I would definitely rent this condo again.

My family including two kids (ages 9 and 12) really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a great vacation and day at the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach toys, yard games. It was so nice to be able to walk out to the lawn being a first floor unit and convenient to the pathway to the beach. The community pool was heated and also very nice. Loved the location to Coligny Plaza. Could walk or ride bikes (rented with ease and delivered from Hilton Head Bicycle Company) to pick up groceries, go out to eat, grab coffee or ice cream. The beach was beautiful, saw dolphins everyday. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back myself!

Perfect location, condo was fully stocked with everything needed, close to the beach, fantastic views and wonderful time spent! 8 pt buck visited outside the unit the first night we were here and didn’t want to leave, eating his dinner during the sunset. It was so cool!

Great location to beach and pool. Super easy access with young children. Well appointed and tastefully decorated condo with comfortable patio for lounging in the evening. Absolutely fantastic communication from owner. Look forward to booking again next year. Thanks Donna!

Beautiful condo right on the beach. It had everything we needed for the beach and cooking and relaxing. We left our shoes and walked barefoot to the beach it was so close! Owners are so personable and responsive. Loved it. We would stay here again if we come to Hilton Head in the future!

Overall great condo! The pictures did not do it justice. The location was great, but we were disappointed that the pool was closed due to the virus. Everything else was great!

Our family of 6 have been going to Hilton Head for the past 6 years. We love this area of the island, and have stayed in other units within the association. This was our unanimous favorite! The unit's location is ideal. The items provided [chairs, boogie boards, sand castle toys...everything. Really.] are in great condition and useful! The decor is updated and lovely. I don't usually write reviews, but we LOVED this place! We are most likely going to book this unit again for next summer, which is the highest of compliments.

This great place is exactly as described. Right on the beach, close to nice pool, tastefully decorated, spacious, fully equipped.

Overall we had a very enjoyable family vacation. The condo is perfectly located in the complex, well maintained and most of it recently updated. The owner kindly provides all you need for the beach...towels, chairs, toys,umbrellas and beach cart. The location is perfectly situated between Sea Pines and Coligney Plaza, so bring or rent bikes! You can park your car for the week and walk or bike most anywhere you would like to go. Loved being on the first floor with a well appointed patio. Our son could run around the grassy common area and play with the other kids he met while I enjoyed my morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. There is a lovely view of the dunes, pine and palm trees with a peak of the ocean. We also enjoyed seeing the bunny rabbits and butterflies. This is a beachfront condo, however there is not a full ocean view from the 1st floor units. But hey, I could still smell and hear the ocean! This is an absolute recommend!
