The duvet cover and decorative pillows were really FILTHY. I am a backpacker, and we arrived late and the reception was closed so we didn’t complain at the time. We slept in our sleeping bags. Absolutely a NO GO

Great value for money if you're looking for an affordable place to stay in El Calafate. It's simple but clean and well maintained. Lovely staff too!

Breakfast room could remain open as a lounge as apart from the garden there's nowhere to hang out.

It’s a good location, room was okay loud at night . breakfast was okay . but it comes with a price the hosts not very nice at all. I asked them if they took credit card and they said yes. they use my credit card on file and they double charged my credit card one of the times it didn’t go through but then the other time it did they would not contact their bank but I had to contact my bank and we verified on the bank that it did go through. They argued with me and then they called the police and then my friend had to pay them a again on the credit card machine. now I’m fighting my credit card company for the double charge.

Staff were very nice. Good shower, hot water. They bring towels and soap. Clean, quiet and very close to the center.

Breakfast was fine but nothing much for me to eat because I'm vegan and there isn't much awareness.

The breakfast was very simple. Cereals with milk or yogurt and toast with jem or dulce de leche. It wasn't posible to use the kitchen eg microwave.

The room needs to be reformed and the cleaning was poor. The breakfast is good but if you arrive at 9 (half hour before closure, you don’t have enough food.
