Nice location to relax and enjoy the rest. Staff in restaurant had excellent customer service. Always welcomed us with smile. Room cleaned every day. Cleanining lady was always helpfull. Great beach 15mins walk.

Staff at bar and reception exept night staff should be more welcoming. We felt like we disturb them most of the time so even our full inclusive we rather spend a day by beach and pay for our food and drinks there.

The hotel is lovely and peaceful in a quiet area, staff are very attentive, maids do a fantastic job and the owner and his wife are lovely people 😀

I feel there could be more choice of food in the restaurant and also more choice drinks on the all inclusive bar menu, maybe a bit of night time entertainment would be better also more English spoken staff

The only decent thing I enjoyed about this stay was the pool days and the only staff member Harun. He is an asset to that place!!

Overall my experience at La Finca wasn’t what I expected. It’s a shame as it’s in a beautiful location but not much to do unless you have a car or you can afford to take taxis everyday in to town. When we arrived we did not expect our hotel room to be so far up, due to my mothers health condition it wasn’t wise and the lady on the reception was so unhelpful. She is the main reason why we were uncomfortable for the entire week we was there. Not until the owner came my mum was moved to a more convenient room. But we shouldn’t have to wait for the “owner” to come, this should have been done without any issue. Rooms are not cleaned regularly, I had to ask for towels. Both myself and partner were severely unwell, diarrhoea to vomiting. No one should spend there holiday in the hotel room and they didn’t really care either. It’s all about money to them. I will not be staying here, the only thing that makes that hotel is Harun! He is an asset to that hotel! Customer service is 10/10! On the second to last day a customer who was staying on the lower level found a snake in her room, a live one! The entire situation was handled so poorly by the receptionist who continued smoking away and told us it was normal. This isn’t normal, no one should have to be traumatised on holiday. I will not return or recommend this hotel to anyone unfortunately. Food and alcohol selection not much to choose from. I hope this review helps this hotel to make some decent changes - because it could be great..

The hotel is very cozy. The staff is friendly. Food is tasty. The sand beach is clean with comfortable sun beds. Coffee at 16.30 was just amazing! Transfer to the beach is at 10.00, back at 13.00 and 17.00. Taxi is approx 80 lira in case you would like to go by yourself. If you leave tips to the cleaning lady, you will be surprised ;)

The wifi was weak, and the water from the shower and sink was salty which was unusual if you not able to walk up many many steps then this place is not for you

We did not get the room we booked. They did not make any gesture about it. Wc has no ventilation, all the smell goes in the room. No wifi in the rooms nor lobby. Safe is not free. Very close to the main road, so a lot of noise. The buffet is poorly garnished. No drinkable water in the room, nor in the facility, only bottled water you have to wait the dining hours to get any water. Nearly nothing is accessible on foot. I'll just stop there, poor experience.

View from the room(just for some rooms), restaurant and pool was amazing! Some of crew were quite nice and helpful! There was only 1 child, so if you want to rest in peace, there you go! Price was worth to All in All concept!

Quality of drinks was super bad and weird. Coke, Fanta and Beer were super weird. They look like their origins but actually they don’t even taste similar. Wifi was terrible!! They offer to use wifi in common places and cannot connecting in rooms is normal. Even tough in common places, Wifi doesn’t well. Foods could be better. They were so simple foods. They could pay attention to prepare a few more main dishes. There was no other option to choose. So you have to eat what they decide for that they. This was the first hotel/otel I have ever stayed which didn’t let us to eat lunch. Check out 12.00- Lunch starts 12.30 It would be polite :)

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view over Alanya. It's verry clean and the rooms are so confortable. For us was a verry beautiful holiday even we had some problems with the shower and the coffe in the morning. For the price we paid, I'll say it's really a beautiful hotel to spend your holidays. 😁

-The shower is not possible in late evening, the water was cold. -The personal don't speak english verry well and we can't comunicate with them. If you are german then this problem doesn't exist 🙄 -All inclusive is not so inclusive for those who love the meat because is served only at dinner, but for us was ok. - The bar open at 10am and if you want you can't take a coffe earlyer.
