Excellent accommodation with numerous amenities in a great location. Having the washer and dryer were a draw for me. Would enjoy a return visit!

We needed an inexpensive place near the beach and old town. This place is perfect! It's every bit as nice as the pictures make it out to be, walking distance to many good restaurants and bars, and a short drive to the beach. We will definitely be back.

My Fianc'e and I enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was beautiful and the view was fantastic. The condo had everything we needed and it was just a short drive into Port Aransas. The boardwalk to the beach was great. We had a great time and would like to stay there again.

Only problem was the tv remote. Hard to flip through channels

We were so happy with this beautifully appointed condo and will be returning in the future. I found the property management to be great about answering any questions in a timely manner and resolved a minor concern. The condo was great as was the pool, location to restaurants and the beach. We are looking forward to our next trip and will hopefully get to stay here again!

The bed and the sofa bed was perfect for 3 adults. Very close to restaurants and the beach too. Clean and ours had a washer/dryer. #122 on the second floor with an elevator. Nice pool. Safe.

We've been staying here for 15 years and it just keeps getting better. The room was very clean had everything you need and is in a great location. We never regret staying at seabreeze.

Super cute condo! The location is perfect walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Walk to beach is a nice stroll - not close, but not too far. Pool and hot tub were perfect! Great little patio to sip coffee or drinks and feel the breeze. The only two problems we had were a really strong mildew smell and linen issue. Found out on our 2nd night that smell was from the sofa bed which had damp mold covering the entire mesh lining that held the mattress. We reported it to the management company, but never received any response. Second issue is that there weren't enough linens to outfit pillows for pullout bed. Plenty of bed pillows, just not the pillowcases.

I would say the shower curtain looked like it need to be replaced and the only thing I would really stress (which could be considered a con) is BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS. You will have to pay if you ruin any and it's so hard to keep white towels clean when you have little ones. Also, a recommendation would be to bring your own laundry detergent and get some Spray N Wash for the little ones. Lol. Overall, it was great! I would definitely recommend and we will be back!

This was our first time staying in a condo down at Port A. We always pick thr smaller hotel/motels when we stay, but we will no longer be doing that. We loved the condo so much we are thinking about coming back within the next month. We loved how quiet and low key the community was. Our decor/vibe of the condo was super cute. We are so glad we stumbled across this little gem in Port A.

This property was great! The condo was clean, the shower was wonderful, and the bed was comfortable. You can tell a cleaning service comes often and hidden spaces are not overlooked. Just normal wear and tear in the unit. The was no dish washer, but a clean sponge and dish soap was provided. The check in process was a breeze, we arrived late but accommodations were easily arranged for us. We have already recommended these condos to friends and can't wait to return.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Unit 122 over the 4th of July holiday, while there were many restrictions on the beach we found our trip to be very enjoyable and safe. We traveled as a family of three with a young toddler and brought a porta-crib which fit perfectly in the unit. We found there to be many pots, pans, and dinner ware we did bring our own grill pan, as the bbqs are not available d/t COVID. This has both a Keuring and a regular coffee pot! There were not as many cleaning supplies as I would have like, only stove cleaner and dish soap. They offer a sponge a dish soap that would be enough for about 3-4 days. We weren't sure about the water and brought bottled to make ice and drink. The main bed was very comfy and the unit was always cool. Take heed to the info about the fridge and don't over pack with warm items at first, it is small and takes a while to cool down. The pool was very nice and so was the hottub. There was never too many people at the pool which we enjoyed. The unit is within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and a lovely ice cream shop! With a toddler we always ate in but did get take out and walked up for an ice cream. I would definitely recommend the Sea Breeze 122 unit and hope to be back. Oh-if coming by ferry the HEB near the ferry is VERY small(no meat or seafood department and VERY limited wine selection), pick up any seafood from Pauls (around the corner from the unit) it was so delicious!

Picked this one since it had washer & dryer. Centrally located to beach, fishing pier, many restaurant options, retail stores - within walking distance. If walking not you thing, they offer golf cart rentals. Nice pool & hot tub, AC worked well, hot showers, plenty of bath towels. Adequate kitchen supplies for our simple meals in. Small but nice balcony patio w/ 2 tall chairs with pool view. Priced right for the quality. We'd recommend and certainly hope to be back here, soon! Life in Paradise, a great agency to work with!

It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Most of it was very clean. There were just a few areas that could use s little more TLC. The nightstand was ok but the little decorations on it were very dusty and you couldn’t go barefoot cause the floor would turn your feet black in just a few minutes. Building outside could use refurbishing; that was very bad. Everything else was very good. Thanks for enjoyable time.

The outside of the building looks a little questionable, but the inside of the unit was amazing! You will not be disappointed with this rental. Close to the beach with a balcony on the gulf side that gets a great breeze. Great restaurants within walking distance and the perfect setup!
