I enjoyed my stay here. It was so nice being right on the beach and next to so many convenient stores and activities. It is a very walkable area. I was able to walk to the lagoon for some morning kayaking as well as set up a pick up and drop off right across the street at the Marriott for a sunset cruise. Jo was very knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, and honest about any potential issues that needed to be addressed. I will definitely stay here again.

Property owner very nice provided details about Puerto Rico, notebook with places to visit and had previous people who added more to the notebook must see. Which helped!! We loved our ocean view sun down & sun rise breeze.

This property is just as it is described and located directly on the beach, with beautiful views from the condo. Jo met us upon arrival to give us keys and answer any questions we had. She was available throughout our stay for questions but stayed out of our way otherwise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we ever return to PR, would gladly stay in this exact spot!

Beautiful, breathtaking view, right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and really anything you may need. If you desire to venture out of town, uber is super cheap for short drives, and car rental is right next door at the Marriott for day trips across the island. Jo is an amazing host, who cares about her guests and goes out of her way to ensure you have an enjoyable trip. 10/10 recommend.

We had a great time staying at this condo. Location was great. Walking distance to many great restaurants a beach right at the back door. Lots of extras like towels and chairs. Fully stocked kitchen. We had an issue with the air conditioner in the bedroom. Jo, the owner, was quick to respond and it was fixed immediately! Utilities were a bit dated but all worked fine. Was a bit disappointed that there was no “real” our conditioner in the living area. Just a small portable floor a/c. But, the cross winds made it very nice. Bedroom a/c very good.

Views of the ocean were spectacular!! We definitely give Jo an overall 5-star rating. Jo was extremely responsive to our needs and genuinely cared that we were her guests and that we had a wonderful vacation in her property and in Puerto Rico. Jo offered suggestions for everything from sites to entertainment to food. Should you need anything during your stay either Jo or the property manager will attend to your needs promptly. The property manager is also very amicable and accommodating. Puerto Rico's heat and humidity are no joke. Tradewinds are always helpful but also very warm. The AC unit in the bedroom is a bit loud. If you need a quiet room this may not be for you. The AC unit in the living room is a mobile unit, not a window unit and is meant to run only 2 hours at a time then it needs to rest. The living room unit does not cool down the space as the bedroom unit does, however a large tower fan and ceiling fan is available to spread the cool air. Jo has furnished the condo with room darkening curtains in both the bedroom and living room. Keep them closed during the hottest part of the day. We were not in the condo in the daytime as we enjoyed site seeing and the beach right out your balcony, so the AC limitations were tolerable. During seasons less humid, Jo's unit has windows that open entirely to the sound of the ocean and breeze. Security at the property is excellent and ideally located! We will definitely be back for another vacation. Thank you! M & J
