Cathy is a wonderful host and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Thank you for the champagne. The apartment is vey comfortable. Parking is easy and secure and there is a lift. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would come back a 6 star. Thank you Cathy

Neat, tidy, very well situated apartment, lift up to apartment. Well equipped. Great to have underground secure parking. Easy access to Rue de Champagne! Shops a few minutes walk away. Easy to get the train to Reims for more exploring. Cathy was very helpful and friendly, loved the bottle of champagne welcoming us to Epernay.

The flat was lovely bright and large. All the amenities were available. Although next to the elevator I never heard it. Once you find the apartment it is easy to get there again. (the entrance is in the square) WIFi was good, laundry and a well stocked kitchen. We were welcomed with Champagne, orange juice and water in the fridge. Thanks for having us!

The apartment was ideal for our stay in Epernay. It had everything we needed including a bottle of champagne. The only challenge came in communication. Neither we nor Cathy speak the others language so we needed to translate everything.

It was exactly what we needed to be able to explore Epernay and the rest of Champagne. It is a very nice apartment with everything wee needed for a week stay. The parking spot is a very nice extra!

Great apartment near restaurants and champagne houses in Épernay. You can travel on foot all over town. Building is secure and has an elevator. Apartment is well stocked including coffee, tea, snacks, hair products, laundry detergent and delicious champagne. Catherine, the owner could not be nicer and more accommodating. If I go back I would definitely stay here. You should as well. You won’t regret it.

From the first moment we meet Cathy we knew the stay was going to be great. Cathy explained everything: showing where to park, everything in the apartment, which was exceptionally well equipped, to where to get things in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Cathy’s apartment. It was perfectly situated in the center of the city - within walking distance of the major champagne houses as well as a wide variety of restaurants. Cathy greeted us at the garage and welcomed us with champagne upon arrival. The apartment is warm and cozy and feels like home. We will definitely book with Cathy again in the future.

Cathy’s home is like a home away from home with everything you could possibly need for your stay provided. Lots of personalized touches and care taken to ensure an enjoyable and memorable stay.

The ebullient greeting by Cathy started our wonderful three night stay in her apartment, which is located just blocks off the Avenue de Champagne. It is in a large apartment complex but it seems intimate because of the layout of the units. She has stocked the unit with all the essentials and then some, making it easy to cook or just make coffee if that's your desire. The covered market is literally next door, so you definitely have to visit if there on a Saturday. We loved our whole stay and heartily recommend it to anyone spending time in Epernay.

Cathy’s apartment is well placed in the centre of Epernay and close to everything. The apartment is very comfortable and really quiet for a good night’s sleep. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and Cathy kindly provided a few start up provisions which was much appreciated as it was a public holiday and would have been difficult to source. We highly recommend Cathy’s house for a great stay in Epernay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great 3rd floor apartment with lift. Our charming host Cathy is delightful and made us so welcome. A real home from home. Extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent being only a few steps from a supermarket for essentials and more restaurants than you can shake a stick at. The included underground parking space is two minutes covered walk away with lift. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Epernay. Thank you Cathy.

We couldn't have been happier with this apartment as base for our 2 week stay in the Champagne Region. Epernay is a beautiful little city and the apartment is perfectly located within the city. Plenty of grocery stores, bakeries, cafes and restaurants within just a couple hundred meters. The underground parking garage was spacious, clean and very convenient as we drove out each day to explore the countryside, and the reserved parking spot was certainly a great extra. The apartment itself is certainly well appointed, having everything needed for our stay. The washer and dryer came in very handy and the modern, spacious elevator was an unexpected bonus for this third floor apartment. Cathy was a most gracious hostess and it was fun being able to practice our little bit of French with her. Her suggestions for places to see and restaurants to visit were most helpful also. We may not have the occasion to stay long-term in Epernay again, but if we do, we will most certainly want to stay encore, chez Cathy. Merci pour tout

We are so happy that we decided to stay in Epernay, for our visit to Champagne. What a lovely town. Our stay at Cathy’s apartment was definitely the right choice. It is very convenient to everything. Just a short walk to the champagne houses and Less than 10 minutes to the train station. A full grocery store is just a 2minute stroll. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and most comfortable. Cathy thought of everything we might need, including a bottle of champagne. We very much appreciated the garage space. It was nice not having to worry about finding a lot or feeding a meter. Thank you Cathy, for making our Epernay stay most enjoyable.

Cathy is very welcoming and has great advice about touring the city. The beds are comfortable and the large apartment is well furnished. All Cathy’s extra touches made this a very enjoyable stay for a family of four. I would definitely recommend this rental to family & friends visiting this region.

This flat was perfect for us. We were two couples intent on seeing the wine region. Epernay is very central to that region and we spent two days exploring by car. The flat itself could hardly have been better, It is right in the centre with everything you could want within walking distance and very secure parking underneath the flat and adjacent square. Cathy is such an enthusiastic hostess and thinks of everything for you including the welcoming bottle of Champagne. Fantastic!!

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, the apartment was well appointed and had everything you need to have a fabulous stay. Cathy the owner had left a substantial amount of information about the local area, restaurants and interesting things to see, this helped us to be able to fit a lot into our four day stay.

We stayed here for two nights with our one year old son and it was perfect. (Had his own cot and bedroom while we relaxed on the balcony or the lounge). Felt like home as soon as we got there and Cathy was really helpful. Where my French fell down, Google translate stepped in! Cathy was very welcoming and the apartment was right in the middle of Epernay. We would definitely stay there again.
