The front desk staff when we arrived was nice.

The floors could use a cleaning and the door to the room was not leveled to the floor causing a gap. Suggestion to add black out curtains so the light on the outside of the building does not shine into the room all night. An extra mirror in the room and maybe some decoration on the walls could help give the room a nicer feel. The freezer should be defrosted. We had to run the hot water for several minutes before it turned warm. We didn't use the pool, but if we did, it would be nice if it looked clean and without debris. The breakfast was only open for one hour, which we did not make it to so I can't comment on that.

Can use some room maintenance, the door is really stuck, heater loud and rattling on some thing. Also, didn’t know how to contact the staff for help

It’s a really cute place. We were very comfortable.

The only thing we didn’t like is that people can be really loud and hard to go to sleep and management doesn’t get envolved

The property manager was very nice and accommodating

Not too far from the ocean. The suite was very spacious and newly remodeled. Pool was wonderful for our kids they loved it

Wouldn’t have minded a better breakfast for the price we paid but everything was ok

The room was very nice and comfortable.

The property overall was dated, but the room clearly had been updated nicely. Nevertheless, I really like the vibe.

The $200 deposit I had to put down but have not received back yet. I also do not like how I call the hotel and never get an answer.

Tv kinda didn’t work but kinda did
