Jacuzzi Not Working properly with some leakage to bath room

Nice facilities in general and the room was clean and comfortable.

I was only told the price shown on booking.com was incorrect and I should pay double after arrival, instead of being informed right after booking. The property was nice, and the pricing was still fair even doubled, but the experience on handling this error wasn't good, and part of the bad experience came from customer services of booking.com

I was very welcomed by Pamela, the houskeeper. She is amazing. She was very helpful beyond my expectations. Also the owner Yvonne was very helpful and friendly with finding the place and the check-in. The appartment was very clean and spacious, with all kind of useful facilities. My room was a bit small (wasn't shown on the website) but with its own bathroom, so price and quality were in proportion. I would definitely stay here and with this host again.

the house was not at the given location, so it Took us a while to figure out which house it is. also the Check In Process Took quite long as we Needed to be registered (which is a plus for the safety). no payment vía creditcard or Paypal, only cash or MPESA. the bathroom was after one shower under water

The jacuzzi is great, the room is spacious and despite being a shared apartment, the rooms offer a sense of privacy.

The hostess is a conwoman!! Don't trust Maureen!!!

I booked a one bedroomed house only to be put in a shared apartment, No explanation was given. It was too late for us to change since we landed the same day. We asked for breakfast at 9 and it came past 10.00
