Little gem. Clean, tidy and fresh.

Everything was perfect.

my studio apartment was a self catering so i did not have breakfast . a nice apartment very quiet area lovely views in the morning from front of the building . i needed the apartment for a extra night but unfortunately the whole place was booked (popular place) but Andrew went out of his way and found me accomadation along the street which was a kind gesture .

no faults at all .

Only thing my partner and I did not like was all the fags ends laying about .be a lot better if there was someone to sweep them up or a bucket to put fag ends into .

The studio was very comfortable and immaculate! 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes drive to town centre . Loved how the studio sat by itself, was very peaceful.

Could do with replacing cutlery drawer with some modern cutlery , only one fork . Full length mirror would be handy .

Location is excellent

it was clean internally and the location was good.

It was dangerous. The electric heater was hanging off the wall and not working. A replacement portable heater found in the wardrobe would only work intermittently with an obvious loose internal connection. The ‘fully fitted kitchen’, in reality a shelf with a cupboard below, did not have a toaster nor sink. The tiny sink in the shower room was impractical for washing dishes. the shower unit leaked onto the floor through a faulty seal. the courtyard outside was dirty. A third of the light bulbs in the property were not working. We cancelled via Booking.con after one night and found alternative safer accommodation for the rest of the week.

The room was very clean, couldn’t fault that at all

Facilities were pretty basic. only had a microwave and kettle. Also no sink for dishes or even a small table to put your mug etc on.

Loved the location close to a beach and duncan's restaurant and bar 2 minute walk excellent service and food The apartment was spotless and the bed was comfortable decor was relaxing .

The shower was a bit small but overall We had a good stay .

nothing, took one look and didn’t stay it was not very clean, the outside area had rubbish and food waste lying around, the inside wasn’t clean with electrical items hanging off the wall l spoke to the owner and he promised a full refund “ yet to arrive after numerous emails”

Located at back of property.Kitchen small and inadequate.Basin in bathroom miniscule .Step in through front door a tripping hazard.Outside dirty and remnants of some conversion work littered all over the back yard.Large skip in rear drive.Six motorbikes park in front of studio at 0130 hrs in morning.Left after one night.

Cosy, clean, comfortable studio. Great location right across from sea

No sink in kitchenette area- made it difficult to wash plates/cups as the sink in toilet is very shallow

Loved the studio apartment.clean,very comfortable and cozy.warm and nice big flat screen tv.first iv stayed in it and will again.Quiet and great location.

It was in a nice location, really close to the sea. Area was clean and locals were friendly and helpful. The property was cosy and clean.
