We've just come back from a wonderful two week stay at Villa Acoran. The villa was just perfect and had everything we needed (and the pool was gorgeous!). Martine was lovely and so helpful and always on hand to answer any questions we had. And even bought us some supplies so we didnt go hungry on our first evening as we were arriving super late. We would thoroughly recommend the villa and Martine to anyone looking to stay at Costa Teguise. Thank you Martine (and to Viviana and Roberto!)

No problems whatsoever the pool was excellent and communication very good The kitchen had all the utensils required and TV/DVD easy to use.An excellent place to stay

The owner Martine was an absolute gem of a host. If there were any problems (couldn't work the TV 😂) she was literally a phone call away, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was very comfortable and perfect for a family. My only negative, which is more of a suggestion, non slip tiles or slip mats around the pool. I have a 7 year old and we know how excited kids get!! I will definitely recommend this villa and we as a family hope to return soon. Thanks Martine for a fabulous stay!!

Overall very pleased with the villa.

We all had a great stay at the villa Acoran. Nice quiet location and pool, all shops,restaurants and beach only a 10 minute walk away. The villa has everything you need and was clean and tidy. British tv programs were a bonus for the little ones ( cbb's) while preparing meals. Martine was very welcoming and easy to get in touch with should you need to. Overall would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was in a great location for local amenities and we made good use of the pool.

The villa is colourfully and tastefully furnished, I´d say the best we have visited. In cool nights you may need the radiators which luckily are stored in a closet. The pool is big enough. The paintings on the walls surrounding it are elegant.

We stayed as a couple with our two twenty year old girls. The villa was very clean and well presented. We were met by the owner and shown around the villa and all items explained even when the bin location was over looked she made sure she contacted us with its location. The villa is on a really quite cul de sac with off road parking. The walled garden provided the peace and quite we were looking for. But just a small walk and we were in to the shops and a bar area. The villa is well equipped and easy to maintain and find your way around the heated pool was a god send when the wind was up and brought the temperature down. The sun beds and seating outside was very good and also having WiFi with two young girls was a brilliant. So a fantastic villa and a great stay we will be back thanks for your help. Charlie

This gem is a great place to stay. The location is perfect for all amenities and the beach is only a 10 minute walk. It's easy to work out the bus routes and the taxis are cheap. Lots of local restaurants and shops. Plenty of tours to chose so that you can see this interesting and unique island. Lanzarote has a lot to offer and stands out from the crowd amongst its rivals because of its history and the work of Cesar Manrique. The owners are delightful and respond promptly to any need. They even took us to the airport at the end of our stay. We were at the villa for 4 weeks and for two of these my husband worked using the reliable wi-fi. Also we had family and friends come to stay for 3 of the weeks, the maid quickly cleaned and prepared clean beds and towels each time. Because we stayed during February we paid for the pool to be heated the whole time which meant it was at a comfortable 23 degrees during our stay. It was also cleaned professionally each week. Having a private pool was definitely a bonus. We felt very secure at this villa, the owners have done everything possible to ensure the property is secure. Also, there is a safe box fitted, and key safe. We loved staying at Acoran and would not hesitate to return as soon as we are able.

We had a great time at this Villa. We were 6 girls taking a break from daily lives. The pool area was fantastic as had beds for us all and very private so we felt secluded. We had great weather and our favourite time was early evening sitting around the table in the shade with a glass of wine in our hands. The kitchen was very well equipped if you wanted to do cooking at home (we didn't, apart from an omelette). But there were some nice touches like having washing up liquid and ice-trays to make your own ice. The supermarket is only 5-10 min walk away it's small but has everything you need. We found Costa Teguise a lovely area with great restaurants and bars - most places shut by 12.00 but that was fine by us and we headed back to the villa to chill out. Very quiet area around the villas we didn't hear anyone else until the day before we were coming home. All in all would definitely recommend - the main bedroom bed was so comfortable so if you're sharing then make sure you grab that one. Martine was very helpful - collecting and returning us to the airport - and very friendly! Hope to come back soon!

Très bon séjour dans cette maison bien entretenue, à la déco sympa. En avril le quartier était calme, ce que nous recherchions. Pour ceux qui souhaitent plus d'animation, le centre de Costa Teguise est facilement accessible à pied ou en voiture. La ville est bien située pour rayonner sur l'île pendant une semaine. Merci encore à Martine, la propriétaire, qui a été très réactive en amont de notre réservation en répondant à nos différentes questions et qui nous a gentiment accueillis sur place.

A very pleasant stay in Martina's villa, with great weather. The villa was just as described and was well equipped and comfortable. Once the pool temperature was increased slightly the pool was also comfortable and the children loved it. Martina was a very pleasant host with lots of interesting stories to swap with us! The night market in Costa Teguise was worth a visit, and nearby Teguise is a lovely old town, with some good restaurants. We also enjoyed El Golfo. I'd definitely recommend this villa and it was good value for money.

This villa is situated in a calm area of Costa Teguise, not far from the supermarkets and bars/restaurants. A footpath to the beach is just round the corner so it's very pleasant to walk/run there. Costa Teguise is never far from the places to visit on the island and if you don't want to take the car, there's also some nice walks on the volcano just behind the villa or along the sea. The villa is really well fitted with all you need, it's spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. We've had a real nice time there and would definitively recommend it.

We are a family from Belgium with 2 kids. We were in Lanzarote last Easter. For 10 days. And we had a wonderful vacation! The house was very complete, compact, and we felt right at home . Very clean and complete! The kids spend many hours in the heated pool. The house was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants (Portabello!!) and supermarkets.(Spar) The supermarkets have long opening hours (open until 10pm, every day!) One downside perhaps, is that there is not enough shade, sunscreen is inadequate when the sun shines bright. But,we have lost our hearts to Lanzarote and will definitely return, and preferably in the same house :-)

Villa is extremely well fitted out in terms of facilities, decor and swimming pool. The furniture is of a good standard which gives the feeling of being home. It provides relaxation, comfort and tranquility. Some observations which will assist future occupiers are; Entrance door lighting should be improved, difficult to see door lock at night. Some advice/guidance regarding use of the TV Some advice guidance of local supermarkets Some advice/guidance of leisure activities/restaurants around area Guide to beach area which cannot be seen from villa Emergency phone numbers for villa maintenance Some rooms were without lights, there should be some procedure for reporting/replacing lights. In conclusion, We will most certainly seek to rent the villa again, it was appropriately situated for the beach, shops and restaurants. Cedric Mitchell Kent, England

We booked the villa as a last minute holiday in late January 2013 to get some relaxing winter sun. We were not disappointed. The villa is very well presented and maintained by its owners who clearly take great pride in the property. It offers all the latest mod con’s (including free WiFi) and creature comforts for a perfect relaxing time. The location is a quiet residential area which is within easy stroll of a beautiful sandy beach, some excellent local restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops. If staying locally a car is not necessary, however car hire is recommended if you want to explore this wonderful island and is many treasures. Communication with the owners was excellent. Martine could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you. We would recommend this villa to family, friends and anyone else who asked. We are intending to visit again soon.

Spent 11 days at the Villa Acoran in October 2012. The correspondence with the owner was excellent from start to finish and the villa more than lived up to its description. Very clean, extremely tastefully furnished and with all facilities required. The wi-fi is a real bonus and was very well used. The owner also recommended a few local restaurants to try which you would not necessarily otherwise find. The Bohemia was a definite favourite. This was our 4th visit to Lanzarote but the first to Costa Teguise having previously stayed in Playa Blanca. I would definitely return to the villa and very much enjoyed what Costa Teguise had to offer. Many thanks to Martine (the owner) for making us so welcome.

This villa is a little gem! We spent 12 nights here in August 2012 and it was just perfect. The interior itself was like a home from home - it was comfortable, homely, clean and well-maintained with all mod cons, everything you could possibly need was provided. The patio and pool area are well laid out and very private, and the sun shines on them all day long - heaven! We did not need to hire a car as all amenities - shops, restaurants, bars and beaches, are all within easy walking distance, but taxis and buses are also both cheap and plentiful should you wish to travel further afield. The villa is situated in a quiet, peaceful road, perfect for total relaxation, yet close enough to all that Costa Teguise offers. This is a privately owned villa and the service the owners provide is both professional but friendly and personal plus, as they also live in the resort, not only do they have a wealth of knowledge to offer about the area and Lanzarote itself, but it is also comforting to know that they are close at hand should you need anything. Therefore I would highly recommend Villa Acora`n and would definitely like to stay there again!
