The property is beautiful. Private courtyard to R&R overlooking the mountains and backs up to a quiet golf course. Birds, bunnies and some coyote howls at night (yard is fenced in) makes you feel immersed in nature even though you are near all Sedona has to offer. The vrbo was equipped with anything you could possibly need and the hosts were always available if need be. They are excellent hosts. Five stars for sure!

Nancy met us in person when we got there and she was so nice and helpful about everything from food to activities and hiking. She did everything she could to make our stay incredible and was super responsive when I had questions. The apartment was super clean and the beds were soooooo comfortable. She had so many nice touches in the apartment and everything you could ever need. It was just like being at home except on vacation! So grateful for Nancy and Doug was having us!

Nancy and Doug were wonderful hosts. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The location was perfect right on the golf course, close to great hikes, and priceless views. Outdoor space to relax was an added bonus. The property exceeded expectations.

The stay could not have been better. The hosts were communicative, responsive, and warm. I had several questions before arrival that were addressed quickly. We arrived later than planned, and it was easy to find the home based on the directions from the host. We quickly settled in and found anything we could want available, including sparkling cider, bottled water, and small treats. The rooms were spacious and welcoming, with comfortable beds and linens, throw blankets, and extra toiletries in case any were forgotten. Our host even gave us a head's up about traffic so we knew to get out for sightseeing before the roads were too busy. The location was perfect for everything we had planned, which was a lot. We were so close to the major hiking trails and even got a hint about some less-known trails we could take without the crowds. We had no trouble getting to Sedona for our early morning spa treatments, our Pink Jeep tour, our sunrise hot air balloon ride (Red Rock Balloons), and our early morning glassblowing experience. Yes, we fully booked every day with activities, and this made the perfect base camp for everything. I cannot praise this stay highly enough. I would not hesitate to go back.

What a great location near restaurants, coffee shops, etc. and Sedona. Sadly during our visit it rained most of the time, but we had a very nice time. The place is in an area with little traffic for easy to do walks in the neighborhood. The hosts compiled a comprehensive book for visitors with recommendations for whatever you're in the area to do. The WiFi and TV worked just fine and my only issue was I'm a light sleeper and slept in the back bedroom and the heater was a bit noisy when it come on.

Nancy was extremely helpful with information and options for activities in the area. Our arrival was easy and directions explicit. We were greeted with fresh roses and chocolates and all sorts of special touches! The place was very clean and comfortable with everything we could’ve needed. It was very convenient to the village of oak creek with the lots of places to eat and shop. I would highly recommend this for your trip to anywhere in the Sedona region.

Our stay at the "Fitz Ritz" was great! On arrival, there were fresh flowers, a bottle of sparkling cider and chocolates! There was a ton of information about the area from restaurants to hiking guides. Also a Red Rock park pass to use! The view from the house was beautiful- take a walk on the golf course for great views of the various rocks! The kitchen was fully stocked, not a thing that we didn't have. Nancy and Doug were gracious hosts. If we are ever back on the area, we'll be sure to see if this is available.

We had an amazing stay for our thanksgiving holiday! Nancy was a wonderful host, very attentive and responsive, with endless suggestions on how to have a wonderful time in the Sedona area. We spent our days hiking, and this was the perfect place to unwind in peace and quiet and rest up for the next day’s adventure!

Tucked in a very quiet area, clean, well amenitied, very comfortable, direct view right outside our window with red rock area. Several nearby hiking areas for all levels….. red rock, desert, streams, and views abound. Lots of suggestions and hints for eating out, trails, and activities were provided. This was our second stay at this property, we plan on being back.

Pleasant, peaceful and safe neighborhood. Unit was very well stocked with the little things that make for a comfortable stay.

We loved our time at this fantastic place! Nancy and Doug are wonderful hosts! We loved the location on the golf course and it is peaceful and quiet. They have every amenity you can think of and we will be back next time we come.

The apartment is nestled in a quiet neighborhood south of Sedona and is easy access from town or Highway 17. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a long vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and cookware you'll need to make a nice meal. It has a large bathroom and comfortable beds. We've stayed at many homes around the country and this apartment is now at the top of the list of our favorites.

This was one of the nicest places I’ve ever rented. It was spacious, comfortable, extremely well-stocked, and in a quiet neighborhood. Nancy and Doug were very friendly and helpful.

This property was very much how it is listed. It is out of the main stream busyness that is Sedona during spring break. The hosts were very nice and welcoming! They have numerous books and magazines to help in your hiking adventures! Outstanding scenery! If you are hiking on a popular trail, make sure to get there before 8am, parking is limited! We went to less popular trails and those fill up by 9 or 10am. Thanks to the hosts for providing the Red Rock pass which saves on several of the user fees! If a pool is important to you, call the Hilton Spa to see what the daily or weekly use fee is. No daily use on a Fri which is what we wanted so we opted to go to Slide Rock State Park instead which was beautiful! We would definitely go back!!

The pleasant surprise of being away from it all yet close to the views and hiking makes this a perfect place to be when visiting Sedona. I had a sister in law with me and we enjoyed the spacious apt feel, kitchen, comfy beds, and kitchen to relax in after hiking and seeing the Grand Canyon. The nearby restaurants were delicious and gas prices lower than downtown Sedona. Our hosts were thoughtful and conscientious- even giving us a garage space to park in and parking pass for trails! If we ever return, we would stay with the Fitzpatrick’s!

Spent a week in the wonderful Bell Rock area neighborhood. Beautiful views. Quiet. Very comfortable apartment. Well appointed and cozy. Had everything we needed! Very close to all the vortexes and shops and restaurants. Nancy was a wonderful host. We will be. Back!

Nancy and Doug thought of everything from coffee and condiments to detailed descriptions of things to do and even supplied us with a Red Rock Pass to use for hiking. Lovely setting with a gorgeous red rock view! Excellent accommodations! Would heartily recommend!

This property truly deserves a 5 star rating. The hosts were gracious, informative, and very friendly. The views from sitting in the yard or looking out all the windows was amazing. We had access to many hiking trails close by, wonderful shopping and restaurants. We plan to return sometime in the near future!

My husband and two older boys thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fitz Rittz! The property is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views and and beautiful golf course. All the accommodations are very comfortable and accommodating. If we ever come back to the Sedona area we know where we’ll stay!

We loved the home. It had a lot of extras like kcups and wine and flowers just for us. Nancy, the owner was extremely helpful and answered all my questions timely. I highly recommend!

Our accommodation was fully stocked and had gorgeous views. The hosts, Nancy and Doug, were very accommodating and went above and beyond to assure us a lovely stay. We would most definitely return to this quiet delightful location.

The description fits well, and when we arrived we found a book of suggested hiking areas, maps, and so on ..... dining suggestions, activity information, brochures and so on. Clean, Neat, Well Equipped We made reservations for next year!

When booking our trip to Sedona, I wanted to make sure I found a cozy private space with a great view and close access to all of the hikes we wanted to do on the trip. After seeing all of the 5 star reviews on Fitz Ritz, I clicked on the property and saw it had all of the amenities we were looking for, primarily the full kitchen and the Red Rock park pass. The kitchen is always a major selling point for us as a couple who loves to cook every day, even on vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice pots, pans, dishes, cutting boards, knives, etc. These were quality cookware too - much better than most rental properties. Having the Red Rock Park Pass to use on the trip was essential since we were doing one or two hikes every day (and saved us the money to buy one ourselves for the trip.) This was super convenient and much appreciated! To top things off, the bed was really comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping in new places, but I felt very cozy here and got the best sleep of my life. The view is great, the outdoor space was fantastic (we watched the sun set every day while eating dinner out there), the neighborhood is super quiet, you can see the stars, the location is safe and convenient, and Nancy was a fantastic host. I would love to come back in the future!

Can I say(again) GREAT!!! location for anything and everything to see and do in Red Rock country. This was our first time in the Sedona area and we can't wait to go back. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find an anniversary card and a dozen roses on the kitchen counter. The Fitz Ritz is a very comfortable place to come home to after long days of hiking and exploring the area. The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with essentials. We met Nancy upon arrival and she was most welcoming. They are on site and totally respect your privacy but definitely want you to let them know if you need anything. We are looking forward to visiting the area again and would definitely recommend family and friends stay at the Fitz Ritz. Thanks Nancy and Doug for a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay and Nancy took good care of us. We appreciated the cold bottles of water in the refrigerator when we got there. Wide selection of Keurig coffee‘s were available for in the morning. Easy access to everything we needed to see while in the Sedona area. Would definitely recommend this as a quiet comfortable place to get away!

The neighborhood and surrounding area is beautiful and off the beaten path which is what we wanted. The apartment is furnished with everything you could ever need and extremely clean and organized. Nancy was an incredible host and very responsive and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely come back to Fitz Ritz again!

My husband and I stayed here for a week. There is nothing more to say other than spectacular! The views from the yard area are breathtaking. Nancy could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I’d come back in a minute. The ease to get to everywhere from here is perfect. Great hiking nearby. Terrific restaurants, great golf (well the course, not our golf scores) but the views made it all worthwhile. I could go on and on, but you get the point. You won’t be disappointed.
