Perfect location. Comfortable bed,communication went well after check in. Felt safe, had everything I needed. I was allowed to leave my bags there since my train out was after check out.

I wish she had e mailed me the code to get in ahead of time. I had to ask someone to call her to figure out how to get in.

Smell of the room. Size was very small and strange entrance together with another room next door. This is not a flat but room in a flat.

Location is excellent. The room itself is adequate though dark, Furnishings and facilities are a bit tired but everything works.

Low rating is almost entirely due to communication. The place is one of two rooms in an ordinary old apartment building which took quite a while to find. We received no prior instructions or prior information (though they had my mobile number and email) about how to access the place and it is not at all obvious or intuitive. It required making a call to an office number (so WhatsApp or sms not possible), on international mobile roaming, to find somebody to explain in a very curt and unfriendly manner how to get into the room (albeit in good English). Other places in Bulgaria were in touch by WhatsApp before our arrival even when check-in and access were very clear and obvious so this place was by far the worst in this respect. Information about local parking options would have also been extremely helpful and so easy to provide but I never felt that the host was in any way concerned to help. Thank goodness for Google maps. I cannot recommend this place for foreign visitors at all.

Be aware, that that place has no parking place and the city is a blue zone. The only difficulty is finding a parking place around.

The only clean things were the bed and the towels. The bathroom and kitchenette very really dirty and there was even mud in the bathroom. The water doesn’t flow away in the shower. The shower and sink looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in ages. Also the walls are VERY thin. You hear people snore in the other apartment, let alone talking! I do not recommend this place.

Location is not too far from main strip, was comfortable enough to stay a couple of nights. Didn't use kitchen but there is a basic setup there. Good wifi and bathroom was small but functional.

After messaging host in morning and not getting a reply, we turned up not knowing how to get in. Messaged again and didn't hear anything, luckily someone else living in apartments let us in and showed us which room it was, keys were in door. If you're staying here, message for check in instructions well in advance.

The location was great

The room was chaotic. Nobody had cleaned after the previous guests. We arrived 01:30 AM and the room was a mess. The light in the en suite did not work and it was flashing vaguely. They called the cleaner and we got into the room at 02:30 AM . Really disappointed from my stay at Saraya. It used to be nice place but it isn't maintained very well.

it’s very good for money but I think the way people check in is rubbish when I landed my uk phone wouldn’t work at all even though I paid for roaming etc so couldn’t contact anyone to check in just had to turn up and wait and hope someone would let me in which they did staff let me in early too as been there hours

bathroom isn’t the cleanest but like I said I checked in early so maybe didn’t have time to clean it and the main door to the apartments isn’t allowed to be locked I didn’t feel safe specially at night time

Big bed.

Very very smelly place. Everywhere smelled with cigarettes terribly. I couldn't breath. I didn't like bed cover which was iust a plain one layered sheet and not a big bag cover. I felt that dirty duvet above me. It was also very noisy in the flat above me in the evening and in the morning. Very noisy, somebody was jumping there or something.

Even the location is great, the room is clean having all necessaty(inside kitchen&bath, light &plug near the bed, because of you, misses, the owner of the house, you ll get from me a big ZERO , as qualification. When i first came you speak to me like i was some kind of retard (btw my IQ is 120 if u know what is mean), like u dont have any desire to talk in generaly. And when i called in the evening to tell u that the internet is not working, afeter u disagree completly with me, u hang up the phone in my face!!! And tge room was nit heat enough to be confortable with that air conditiined! If u dont want ti deal with tourists, pls close your bussines!!! And btw, your accent is awfull, that s the reason i dont understand what u speak!!

Good honest little apartment, everything was provided to make the stay comfortable, close to town & the seafront.

The hot water from the taps doesn't have any temperature regulation, could scold you if you don't check it.

We didn’t like the fact that there were human hairs on our bed, which were not ours. No idea what happened there. Maybe they forgot to change the sheets? Washed them with the hairs? We were too tired, so we slept in that bed anyways.

The location of the apartment was very good, but unfortunately anything else was not that great.

First of all I asked about the take over of keys via the booking chat and arranged the appointment for the 3pm in the apartment address. I was waiting for 20 minutes already and nobody was there and called to the indicated phone number once but nobody answered. Then I waited for another 10 minutes and called again and then a girl picked up the phone. I asked if she speaks English but she told not, so I passed the phone to my girlfriend who speaks Russian just a little bit. We asked when it would possible that somebody will come with the keys and the girl yelled at us that we should go inside.. we then go closer to the building and discovered that there is door lock with the code and asker her for the code and she really quickly told us the numbers but because of our poor Russian we didn't inserted quick enough so we asked to repeat them few times.. but was too hard for us and we asked to send the code via the sms and she just then opened the door from her side (without the code). Then we get inside and found the right door to our apartment with the keys inside. We would recommend to fix the attitude of this person, this is definitely not the best way to welcome guests. The cleanliness was definitely not the best either: - all the mirrors very dirty - the glass for the toothbrush was disgusting - cooking stove with huge stains - big spider webs around the room So we believe that the cleaning lady cleaned only the bad after the last guess before us.
